  SC- 6/1/2026.Let me amplify earlier comments. I indicate 1 star because this is necessary but really this portal is bias or showing evidence of some fixing.There is something very bad happening at WORKDAY that requires investigation. All jobs I apply to using the Workday Portal, I received a rejection notice. Even more alarming in completing the applications I recently noticed at the section for signature and attestation - this shows "expiration 4/30/2026". If I apply on the direct company portal which does not use WORKDAY, interviews are initiated. There was even a recent event where an hiring manager reached out directly to me to send my resume and application through a different link - after I had applied on WORKDAY. WORKDAY portal is at best lacking timely update and at worst the evidence of collusion.

  I am writing to file a formal complaint against Workday REMOVEDconcerning its business practices, which I believe contribute to a gatekeeping and monopolistic environment within the job applicant industry. My complaint is focused on the inherent friction and systemic barriers created by Workday's mandatory platform, particularly when it is used in conjunction with other dominant platforms like LinkedIn. For a significant number of job openings today, particularly in the corporate sector, job seekers are forced to apply through the Workday platform. This is a problem because: Forced Account Creation and REMOVEDEntry: Workday requires applicants to create a new, separate account for each company that uses its system, even for "easy apply" jobs on platforms like LinkedIn. This process is time-consuming, frustrating, and requires the re-entry of the same personal and professional information that is already available on my LinkedIn profile. This is not just an inconvenience; it is an anti-consumer practice that wastes job seekers' time and creates an unnecessary barrier to employment. Lack of Transparency and Feedback: The Workday system is a black box. After an application is submitted, there is a complete lack of transparency regarding the status of the application or the reasons for rejection. There is no feedback loop for job seekers, leaving them with no recourse or understanding of why they are repeatedly rejected, even when they are highly qualified. Algorithmic Screening and Gatekeeping: It appears that Workdays automated systems and algorithms are functioning as a gatekeeper for the job market. Many qualified candidates are reportedly being systematically filtered out by these algorithms before their applications ever reach a human recruiter. This practice creates an unfair and discriminatory barrier to entry for many applicants, and it prevents companies from seeing the full pool of qualified candidates.

  This company is purely biased, the data tracking is disgusting, and dysfunctional. Every role applied to comes back not qualified as a candidate. When other sites used, interviews have been flowing. This review is based on many individuals I have spoken to looking for a new REMOVEDis what took place: I applied for a role on Workday Portal. Within 24 hours the hiring company I applied too sent an email excited about my background. The Talent Acquisition Manager forwared a meeting invite we schedule our interview. The next 48 hours later "WORKDAY" sends the typical rejection email... It was confusing, I checked my email, to see if the REMOVEDcanceled our call. Good news is I went through the interview process. This just makes me wonder what is happening on the "WORKDAY Portal." Especially since many are relying on this portal to land a new job. No... one has time for this in such a challenging job market. This is when the light-bulb lite up for me. All the jobs I applied to through WORKDAY get rejected. This nudge me to ask others there experiences. Unfortunately, there are many similar stories... I hope this experiences helps others know they are not alone. Its interesting, I know many of us are qualified, what criteria are they looking for???

  Idk if this the WORKDAY APP, but if so the Application is terrible. WorkDay is an app that is used by Employers to pay their Employees, keep track of requested absences, and anything pertaining to Tax Info. The issue is that the application claims to need access to your email and that should not be a requirement. You do not need all of my Busineess to issue a Payment from my Employer for hours that I have worked. Just issue my funds.....that's it. Anything else doesn't concern that particular Work App. They need to tweak their application and not complicate my existence or anyone else's. I have enough to do without making up another email address.
