If you decide to use their products then be prepared for the most useless support ever. I have been waiting over six weeks and my solar system still can't be validated. They have spent six weeks basically giving lame excuses to the installers. The installers know what is wrong yet Enphase will not admit and do the *** to get the system controller replaced or repaired. After being told three times they would call me they still haven't. After listening to their techs work with the installers I will say I have more knowledge of electrical issues than they will ever have. These people literally have no clue what is going on. If I could give a zero star rating I would. They aren't even worth a one. I am telling you stay away from this company by all means. If I don't get this resolved in the next week I will be contacting an attorney.

My Enphase has about the worst customer service I could review. If you can even manage to get them on the line for communication (You can't). I ordered a new solar monitoring system (July) because they forced me to I might add... after paying $305 for the new modem I was forced to purchase because they upgraded their system I received an E-mail asking if I wanted "professional" install or DIY (14 Sep). I requested the install and asked for scheduling (16 Sep), I requested again to be contacted for scheduling (18 Sep). I then received a text message (19 Sep) from some guy stating he wanted to install my modem 30 minutes prior to his arrival. I respectfully told him that I requested to be contacted about scheduling and he replied to the text message with the "HAHA" automatic reply. I then E-mailed again to request scheduling, noting the absolutely unprofessional and abhorrent display of communication with my supposed installer, and received no reply. The installer then texts me again at 11 O'clock at night to ask if he can come by the next day as if that is some improvement on the scheduling. To which I replied that his behavior was grossly unprofessional and to have his management contact me. I was ignored the first two attempts at filing a complaint, I had to submit a resume for a job, just to get someone to E-mail me or contact me back. Just filthy scummy people. The complaint has not been resolved. I still have no monitoring for the solar system I paid so much for and I can't get so much as a real representative to address the issue to even give a refund with any amount of seriousness. just atrocious people. Worst customer service ever I have several issues with the system from the batteries not kicking in when power goes out to system not able to handle the loads. Enphase rarely sends out techs to fix issues and it is frustrating to not only the purchaser but also the solar companies installing the product buy Tesla (which I had in a previous house) - never any issues with Tesla enphase solar systems and batteries failed us big time whe we needed them in a Hurricane and Enphase are no responsive to issues with their products.

I own 21 pieces of solar panel from Enphase Energy, Inc. with 25 years of warranty, and the installer is *************************. There was the monitor system, which has been broken since last year, and two of the micro-inverters was not functional. No body from their company side found the problem. When I called *************************, they replaced the monitor system and charge very high for the new monitor system which they said was not included in the warranty; also ************************* always charge $200 + tax every time they come. I was waiting for ************************* replacing the two micro-inverters more than 10 days, but nothing happened until yesterday I called Enphase Energy, *** myself. The lady answered the phone saying that they can only replace one piece of the micro-inverter, and let me find somebody to fix my other micro-inverter on my own cost. That's unfair, because once I call ************************* to help, they'll charge me $200 + tax, come and check which part of micro-inverter need be fixed. If there is any other parts need be replaced during the fixing, they'll order the part at my cost and let me wait for a long time again. When they come to fix the micro-inverter, they'll charge me another $200 + tax. I don't think I should pay more money to fix it than getting a new micro-inverter. If must fix the micro-inverter, it should be the cost of Enphase Energy, ***, instead of mine. I won't recommend any body to buy stuff from Enphase Energy, Inc., nor sign any contract with *************************.
