      Terrible company. If I have my way, I will tell them to come take out all the panels. ***** went out of my master bedroom which as a result has a solar backup. But I was on the phone with Enphase and all what they said was I have to contact the installer despite the fact that they are the one that installed the system. If I have my way, I will shout out to the world not to engage in solar. That are all liars and scammers. When they want to sell their products, they will be nice and afterwards they act weird and rude. No customer support teams and no follow up. Imagine, installing solar worth $70,000 just to be comfortable and all I get is ******** from this company.

      Horrible company! Not one of our panels working, cannot get a service representative to come help us. All service people in our area have gone out of business. Have made several calls to Enphase, they promise to send someone out then never show up for the scheduled appointment. Called them and asked for service within 200 miles. ******* gave us numbers of service people to call. All service people replied they either dont have a license in our state or they dont service enphase systems. Do NOT BUY ENPHASE.

      Labor reimbursement program is a joke, been dealing with Enphase since November, trying to get reimbursed for warranty labor done without avail, changed banks so I had to change bank info on enlighten and Enphase keeps having technical issues updating my bank info. Might as well install SolarEdge at this point and be better off.

      Microinverter issue since installation...almost a year later and still no fix at all. I still have to pay the monthly along with normal light bill. Two bills now it pathetic

      Do not purchase solar panels from this company. They charge hundreds of dollars if you ever have any issue to have service come and repair microconverters if and when you can get service. Our panels have been out of service now (February ****) since September 2023, with no resolution. We can not get anyone to fix the panels and still owe over $16,000 for the panels. This has not been the first time we have had to get a repair and it is always a big hassle to get service.

      When. We got out pannels we were told one set price then our price went up about 70 dollars. We werent told that if you dont pay in full by a certain time that our monthly bill would go up. I wouldnt recommend them. We live in a small town and we have told others in out town to not get the solar pannels with them.

      I've had my system for a year and a half and it has not worked to this point. Now I found out that the installation company is filing bankruptcy. I have had technicians come out and check the system and they given me excuses like the kids flip the electric switch or you need an internet extender. I've been paying both the electricity bill and solar company for all that time. I thought I would be helping the world by installing but instead its hurting me

      We have had the system for 5 months and it has not worked. I call cs 4 different times and no one could help. I asked to speak to a supervisor they transfered me and I never recieved a call back. I called again asked to make a complaint they gave me an email that did not work. I have had no luck getting ahold of a person that knows what they are doing.

      I'm soooo frustrated with this stupid system, our roof is leaking all over the place from where the panels were installed and ICON ENERGY NEVER RESPONDS TO OUR CALLS. I don't know what else to do, I'm having to put a new roof because of their negligence. I have two bills now, one for Emphase ( Mosaic) and one for my electric provider. I have had these panels for almost three years and have not seen any savings, someone needs to do something about these companies lying to us. Panels are useless and cause more damage to roofs. Why are these companies allowe to do this to people??? How do you get out of a contract like this??

      What a scam of a system. They have great marketing tools to sale you this piece of crap system. Buyers beware if this product. Believe me i know I own this product. Save your money streer away from this company.
