    I paid StudyGate $125.15 on November 24, 2024, for a homework help service related to Question #Q10058083. However, the service was not properly delivered, and the question was later canceled. According to their refund policy, I am entitled to a full refund.Although the refund was returned to my StudyGate wallet, I requested multiple times to have the refund sent back to my original payment method (credit card). I sent emails on December 17, 18, 31, 2024, and May 12, 2025, to ********************************* Despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no response.StudyGate's refund policy clearly states that a wallet refund can be transferred back to the original payment method upon request, minus processing fees. I am simply requesting what was promised but have been ignored for months.I am requesting the company to refund the $125.15 to my original payment method as soon as possible. I can provide payment records and all email communications upon request.
