      I went to ihop on 103rd st and received poor customer service and continue to receive it.The food was either overcooked or not done at all. The server never paid attention to us. So I paid the $33.07. Two days later, I received a text saying that the price was updated to $38.07, meaning someone added a $5 tip we didn't authorize. I tried to contact the manager and the store multiple times to only get the answer that they either left early for the day or someone would call us back. I finally spoke to a manager named ****** a d he said that we was going to refund the money back, but we haven't heard anything back from him. I called again today and gotten the same response as before as no one was available to speak as they left early for the day.I was wanting my money back for the poor customer service and the unauthorized tip that was processed.

      Came into the IHOP was treated great by Ms. ******** She was sweetheart ***** was an excellent server and a great person. It didn't seem that she was new While I was there, I observed a ****** **** and eat food into from of customers and myself.Another off work male employee was hitting on another off work female employee. He was shouting obscenities while he was here.My food was terrible and overpriced. How do the pancakes and hashbrowns be so cold Online it states that the military discount is 20% and the manager refused to honor that discount nor did she thank me for my service The manager (******) was the most rudest and unprofessional manager I've ever seen. How can *****, my server be a better employee and more polite than the manager. Also, she didn't even apologize either I would like a gift card for the amount of my food that was terrible

      On 7/19/24, I ordered a meal from IHOP that was delivered by DoorDash. The meal included grits that seemed to be pass the date of expiration. The grits were hard, had an off-color, and were molded to the container as one big lump. I tried softening the grits by chopping them with a spoon, and was not successful since they remained hard.A refund is not necessary. I am only requesting an investigation. If I had eaten the grits I may have become ill. The food quality is unacceptable from a dining establishment.

      Had a $50 gift card. Saving for rainy day. I'm in the military I ship in and I ship out. I'm on leave for several months. When to use the gift card... balance is zero! I've called Applebee's and gotten nowhere with people that don't have answers for me and acts stupid. The customer service line is ridiculous. There is no surcharge no dollar taken off a month for non-usage and I want to know where is my $50 so I can use it before I ship out again. Thank you

      Everytime I order from this place using delivery theres an issue. Always. Even informing the manager does nothing for the customer. *** waited a few months before ordering again in hopes that the staff was up to par but nope! Steak was incorrectly made and I was missing half my sides from my meals. Its not hard to check the ticket and make sure all items are with the order. Im sick of it. Delivery is supposed to be convenient not a hassle

That Was Such A **** Turn-Off!I also ordered an Oreo Cookie Shake which cost $10.00 Dollars!Not Only Was My Food Beyond Expensive, But The Portions For Both The Parmesan Steak And The Oreo Cookie Shake Were Definitely QUITE SMALL AND OBVIOUSLY, "NOT WORTH THE PRICE"!Please Note: I Did Complain About This To ****, The Server Who Did Absolutely Nothing About It To Satisfy The Paying Customer!Again!       My husband and I recently visited the Applebee's location at ****************************************, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience. Our check number is ***********, dated 06-22-24, and the receipt was reprinted at 10:00 pm by the manager upon my request for a copy.When we arrived, the bar was relatively empty with just one other person present. Initially, everything seemed fine until I overheard a concerning interaction. A customer beside me ordered a drink and was told by the bartender that it cost $4.32. The customer paid with a $20 bill, and the bartender retrieved $15 from the tip jar for change without entering the transaction into the computer or giving the exact change. This raised immediate concerns about the integrity of the service.When we asked for our check, the bartender brought it to my husband who paid with his card. However, the receipt provided for the tip did not include the detailed breakdown of our order. Upon requesting the itemized receipt, I noticed we were incorrectly charged $10.99 for a SPIN DIP, which should have been included in our 2 FOR 30$$ meal deal. When I pointed this out, our bartender informed the manager, who instructed her to CashApp us the $10.99 instead of removing the charge from our bill; we obviously declined. I find it highly unethical and suspect that a restaurant would be unable or unwilling to correct a billing error directly.Despite the frustration, my husband still tipped the bartender $15.00 out of kindness. However, the entire experience left a sour taste in our mouths, as we felt scammed by this handling of our bill. Ultimately, I had to insist that the bartender at least prepare the SPIN DIP for us to take home, given that we had been charged for it.This experience has significantly impacted our perception of your establishment.

      I'm writing this in REAL TIME! I submitted an online order for pick up at 11am June 16, 2024.Knowing there may be a wait I arrived at 11:20. I waited 10 mins. My order wasn't ready I left for 10 mins and returned. After waiting another 10 mins I asked the asst *** about a refund. I was told no, not Father's *** because it's too busy. After waiting another 30 MINUTES AND watching people come after and leave before me AND watching people come and be seated for groups. I asked the attendant how people who are clearly coming in after me leaving before me, he said in the back they're just making the orders as they want to. I told the asst. *** I'm diabetic, and showed her my sensor. She offered me a seat and orange juice. I told her I've been waiting for over an hr for an order over the app that was supposed to be done by 11. She said they don't put in the times.She bought me out an oj and told the attendant to watch for my order. I went outside because i was getting hot and came back in and waited again. I was just told they have my order and it will be coming out soon. It's 11:53.I got my food. It is hot, I guess that's good. The attendant apologized as he had been all along. I'm in my car. 1ts 12:57.
