    Clean Initiative installed our solar and battery system. This has taken an huge amount of time (18 months +) and now that we are down to our last inspection on the battery, the company and their representatives are completely unresponsive. For months. The fire department will not come out to inspect the battery without the solar contractor present. The company has not responded to requests to schedule the inspection - since March 2024. This is holding up our entire project and means we cannot get a C of O for our new unit (which means that we cannot rent it out). The city will not let us handle this as homeowners and requires that the solar contractor handle the battery inspection and final inspection for the whole system.

    Approximately 2 1/2 years ago we entered into an agreement with Clean Initiative to do insurance approved roof repairs. Our insurance company approved some repairs, not a new roof, and Clean Initiative collected money for the repairs. However, no work has been completed, the company does not respond to texts, or phone calls. When someone does answer the phone they say someone will call us back but no one ever does. Today, July 8, 2024, I tried calling the business number I had for the company and the one I saw on line (same number listed on this site: ************) but it is disconnected, I contacted a project manager who gave me his card and he no longer works there. He gave me another number to try to contact someone via text, but no response. I want the agreement for repairs to be canceled and for them to return all monies they collected from us and our insurance company so we can move on from this nightmare with this company.

    This company was given a $20,000.00 deposit for construction on my home that was damaged by Hurricane ***. Our claim did go to litigation with the insurance company and has been settled for some time. Repeated attempts to contact this company to begin repairs have gone unanswered. Our sales person **** has refused to answer repeated phone calls and text messages. Calls to the customer support number are also unanswered. Emails are returned undeliverable. They are taking advantage of an 80 year old woman that lost her husband a month ago. Please help!

    Clean initiative came out to my home over a month ago put up solar panel. Said they would be back to finish the hook up and installation. I have been attempting to contact them all the phone number I had are now disconnected and I cannot make contact with anyone from their company.

    Company has not fulfilled all required issues regarding solar instalation on two properties. installation took a year to install solar, they would schedule and not keep date or time. they would schedule one house and show up to another. They dont resolve issues they dont call back all i recived is that they will look into issue and nothing. i have text ***, CEO and plenty of techs. my solar is still not working properly 7 of panel have been off. I emailed, called and text and they have yet to resolve issue. all numbers on website are not working. at this point i belive this is fruad.

    Clean Initiative completed my solar project and then was given my whole house fan and attic insulation job in March of 2024 by **************. This was confirmed by "*******" at Clean Initiative. Since then, ******* has scheduled the completion of these projects on several occasions only to cancel them last minute. For the past two weeks, I've been trying to contact ******* to hopefully schedule the start of attic insulation and whole house fan. ******* has not responded and when I called today, his number is no longer in service. I attempted to contact Clean Initiative directly but again, only receive a voice mail with no response to date. Again, these jobs are separate from the solar project they completed and closed out. This project was given to them on March 4, 2024.

    This solar company installed the solar panels and system on the house we just bought in 2021 approximately. Currently we are paying for electricity bills and the solar payment due to the system not working. Its connected but not producing energy. I have called multiple times during the company business hours, left voicemail with callback number, emailed their support email, and submitted a contact inquiry with ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY from anyone in this company. I have never encountered a company like this. I just need a technician to run diagnostic on my solars system. Why is it so hard?

    Clean Initiative installed my solar system in 2021.I just found out that since August 2023 the solar system doesnt produce any energy. Now I am paying for the solar system and to *** . They promise that I will have only one bill. I am trying to contact them for about 2 weeks. Nobody answers the phone . I went to the company address, but they moved and didnt leave any new addresses.

    We signed up with Clean initiative from ******************* to have a new roof installed and a a new electrical panel and solar done. Work went smoothly and was completed. However in September we were served with a mechanical lien from the company that installed the roof. I notified the owner **** ******* and asked about this -he assured me not to worry about it -these things happen all the time. So I didnt worry the job wasnt done yet they were still installing the solar panels. At the end of November we receive another lien this time from the supplier of the solar unit. Again I called Clean initiative. However this time I didnt get any call back. In December our Goodleap *** called me and told me that the job had been funded. So I thought that these liens would be paid. Well now its well past the 90 days for the first lien and its getting close to the 90 days for the second one. After MANY calls and texts we were told that we were on the top of the list to have these liens payed. We were told that last Friday March 8 th that the liens should how them paid-this didnt happen. We have still not been given a reason to the delay. We have not been kept in the loop. So now- is our house is danger because of these two Liens?

    I am rejecting this response because: this is what Ive been hearing since last December of 2023.  The liens have now become due and Im not sure of what the courts next step is.  This job was funded in December 23.  My next question is why is clean initiative still in business with this company that will not pay them?

    Clean Initiative replaced a portion of my roof for the proper solar installation in June of 2023. They stated after the solar installation, they would complete the roof job which included framing the solar panels with my old metal roof panels so the roof would match. The Solar installation was completed in September of 2023 and since then, several appointments had been scheduled to complete the roof job; however, Clean Initiative would cancel the appointment usually a day or two prior. Currently, my project contact with Clean Initiative, ******* has not returned my messages regarding the completion of the roof. With the recent rains, I'm concerned damage could be done due to the incomplete job and due to the damaged roof panels as a result of Clean Initiative installing conduit from the panels to the meter. All I want is for the job to be completed as promised.
