    They installed solar panel on my roof in ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* to remove panel and install it back because they are solely responsible for their work and I paid every month for panel to the financing company I never miss my payment now I need help they send me the quote to remove panel I hv to pay $1600 total cost of this project was around $11000 with attic fan and its not justified I am really need to re roof with other contactsr they not help me to resolve my issues. I am so frustrated and disappointed from their service . I was trying to contact from 2 to 3 weeks and they are not helping me out . Please help me out I. This issue my only request to remove panel and put it back thats it. Thank you

    We can absolutely help you remove and reinstall your solar system for the price quoted. One of our project managers will reach out to get it on the schedule. Keep in mind we will remove and reinstall the solar system at no additional charge when you do your roof with us. This ensures the roof is properly permitted and covered by our 25 year labor  warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because: When I installed solar panel your project manager told me about free removal off solar panel if I needed for roof or any issue then I signed your contract for solar installation . Your price for roofing is outrageous too you guys need to stop bait and trap customers theory. I really appreciate you stay on your word and remove your solar panel . And re install once I am done. You have very poor customer service. You guys took one month to reply on my request I am not trusting clean initiative for any of my project at my home. Thank you but no thank you

    In April 2022 we hired clean initiative to do a whole re-roof repair through our insurance Allstate. It was approved by Allstate. In June 2022 they received first payment two weeks later second payment two weeks later third payment and total that was collected was about $30,000. It took them about August to start work. We didnt understand why it took them so long to start when they received full payment, so I called the city of corona they had told me that the permits for the re-roofing was never taken out. I had to call the project manager, and he said that he didnt know that the permits were never pulled he then blamed the city of Corona for taking so long. When they never called the city of corona to pull permits. I said I called the city and they said you dont have to wait u can pull permits for re-roofing with in the same day. We were waiting for over two months, even though they had received full payment From then they were supposed to replace all wood sheeting on exiting roof based what they put in the contract they provided as well as Allstate contract saying all new wood but the only thing that was replaced on roof was just damage wood, it was supposed to be at least $9000 of new wood roof shidding and plywood and that was never done. Allstate paid for over ***** sgtft of new wood that was not replaced. The city did pass final exception in September 2022, they were so also supposed to change the facial around home which was finally done and painted and now February completed with the gutters because the gutters they installed 3 months before were plastic n broke off it was terrible. Now almost a year later they have not completed the work and every time I need to speak to someone from that company they never answer or theres always someone new I have to speak to never the same person and as for our project manager he is no longer with them because of them misleading there customers and they r trying to charge Allstate for another $20,000 on nothing.

    They issued a check on ******* for ********* from a frozen blocked account. I have been unsuccessfully trying since then to recoup my money. The *** referrer me to this company and made me deposit this refundable $1.000.00. Someone should be responsible for refunding the money. The fact they gave me a bad check has something to be said.

They were required to pay this money to ********* ********** (dated ********* however failed to and now I am being **** ******* I have ** days to pay or they go after my house.
