I have been financing to own the Ableton software and had been making monthly payments just fine with my REMOVEDcard. However at the beginning of the year my REMOVEDcredit card flagged abletons final payment as a dispute without my knowledge or confirmation, subsequently leading to ableton canceling my service.I spoke with my credit card provider and Ableton for two weeks to resolve this but both entities kept saying theyre waiting for the other company to respond but REMOVEDdecided to rule this out in my favor, even though I had told them the charge is valid. They told me that Ableton can go ahead and charge the remaining amount but Ableton said theyre unable to accept the payment that easily - they want a document or letter from REMOVEDsaying that the dispute is not valid and that they are able to move forward with the REMOVEDcredit card company told me that they are unable to curate a document like this and that they can only tell me verbally over the phone that Ableton and move forward both entities are being rigid and wont help me out. Ive already paid 310 out of 400 dollars to Ableton but I do not get to own it because of hiccups by both entities. They wont even allow me to pay it off with another card. Ive lost 310 dollars and I have had to drop some of my music classes that require Abletons software.I just want to pay it off and own it

Greetings Better Business Bureau: I am seeking a full refund of my payment, $104. 94, for Abelton Live Intro (Upgrade). I purchased the software on October 26, 2025, and after following the instructions, tutorials and contacting REMOVEDSupport, and subsequently following their advice, I have not been able to get the product to work. I requested a phone call or other live interaction with REMOVEDSupport to help resolve my issues, to which they have refused citing company policy (see attached emails). I am completely frustrated with the product and the company support, and no longer wish to consider using the product which I intend to delete from my computer entirely once I am satisfied that my money will be refunded. I communicated my request for a full refund to Abelton, to which they once again referred me to their company policy which indicates that they will not refund my money. Thank you, Dr. REMOVED
