    I got hacked and they took control of my computer which I need for work. They were relentless! It took a few calls and adjustments but I was advised of safety measures to take in the future and I think I am safe, but only time will tell. If not, I will be back in touch!!!!

    This was an excellent experience. ******* provided excellent service. Also, he called on time for the session.That said, I note that I had to reschedule my appointment. However, the information about a new day and time was not conveyed internally by *******. I received a call yesterday from ****, who was ready to perform the work. It was not an issue for me but I thought I'd mention it that the postponement was not communicated within ********That said, it is still a 5-Star review.

    I have been with US Tech Support for twenty-plus years now. I have seen them grow and add more needed services as time has gone by. Once again, my technician, *****, was able to wholly and professionally remedy my issues. When I was initially told and saw that I had nearly 700 corrupted files, I was concerned.
