    I had a problem with my printer, and also my VPN connection had disappeared. The support technician was able to troubleshoot and then fix both problems quickly.

    My laptop was bogged down in speed quicksand. I didn't know if my computer was on its last leg or had a solvable problem. I had known the name of My Clean PC from past advertising. The rating seem excellent so I gave it a try. I did not know it was a rather lengthy exercise to implant it in my system. There was a link to USTech Support...thank goodness. The delightfully pleasant patient and knowledgeable young lady was made available quickly. Since I was interacting with her on my "turtle speed" laptop, patience was definitely required as many of her instructions were sluggish in their activation. She was calm, professional and respectful to me as a customer. After finishing I'm happy to report this product did the trick. The computer track shoes are back on my laptop!

    Called them at 10am to report major problems with my computer crashing and not responding. Agent never gave me a ticket number and just told me to hold on for a technician who never picked up. I asked the ***** to have a technician call me back ASAP and never did. When I called again at 2PM, 4 hours later, the new ***** said there was no record of my prior call???? The first ***** also kept telling me that my subscription for techical support had expired which was incorrect. Not the first time this has happened. A technician finallly called me at 6 30pm and was able to sort out my problem with corrupt windows files that needed to be removed and updated. Since they became US Tech Support form Advanced Technical Support their service and response time has gone down considerably. They tell you that you will recieve a call back in 2-3 hours, but in past it has been as long as 2-3 days!

    I am pleased with US Tech support, and feel it is a good buy.The people answering the phone are sales personnel. You must tell them that you do not want to buy anything and say "I am a present customer and just need tech **********************." Sometimes they need to call you back shortly.
