  We decided to move out of CA all of a sudden due to family issues. And we decided to go with Rigos Delivery. The guys came right on the time to pick everything up. Everything was packed properly and loaded in the truck carefully. We also forgot few items to add in our list. But they did take them with some reasonable estimates. We would definitely recommend. We loved the way they packed all our stuff.

  Absolutely do NOT use Rigos ********************************************** If I can save even one family from making the mistake of hiring Rigos ********************************************** I will have done my job and will be satisfied. We hired Rigos to move our home and family possessions from ******* to ************** over the summer with disastrous results. The initial packers did a fantastic job loading the truck in *******. Along the journey, our possessions were transferred from the original truck to another to complete the journey. Absolutely no care was taken during this transfer. Dozens of irreplaceable items were destroyed. Our 8' fiberglass step ladder was stolen. Plastic bins were crushed by improper packing. Cardboard boxes were crushed. Several well-packed pieces of artwork were destroyed. Outdoor patio chairs were destroyed. Our extra-large dog crate was destroyed. We estimate our loss to be thousands of dollars. Rigos ********************************************* employs a third-party *********************** to settle claims on their behalf. Instead of doing the right thing, they offer $.60 per pound of estimated weight on items lost which amounted to $55. It is in the fine print of the contract, but the other option is to spend an inordinate amount of time prior to the move itemizing every item you don't want destroyed and paying expensive insurance to ensure they do their job right and treat your items with respect. If I were to accept that ridiculous $55 payment, I would waive my right to offer this review on the internet. Again, if I can save even one family from making the mistake of hiring Rigos ********************************************** I will have done my job and will be satisfied.

  Rigos is an awful moving company. If i could give a zero i would. They packed my things on November 3, 2023 and have changed delivery date almost daily. I was told 1 week by the mover himself. Safe ship guy told me 2 weeks. *** told me 21st to the 24th. Then ***** text me today 3 to 7 business days that takes me to November 30th. Then she told me we make it as quickly as possible. Possible is 3 days. I know cause I moved to AZ in 3 days. If u want to be lied to and have all your belongings held hostage for a month then use Rigos moving. I will tell everyone I know my story. Including the BBB.It is now the 26th and still have not heard from them. They've basically have stolen my items and over $5000 from me.
