    Beware and do not use Safe Ship Moving or Rigos Delivery Moving and Storage! We booked with Safe Ship and originally quoted one price, however after paying our deposit Safe Ship and Rigos both increased pricing at the time of pickup. We were advised 7-21 business days for delivery and its now been 6 weeks since they picked up our stuff. No phone call updates from either company! Every time we have called for updates Safe Ship takes zero responsibility with zero concern for their customers satisfaction and ****************** lied advising us that our delivery was in process to be picked up last Tuesday and arrive this week. We called this week because Rigos has zero communication only to be told that our things were still in storage and would not be picked up to start the delivery process until Wednesday and the customer service representative hung up on me!! We are now looking at week 7 to maybe receive our delivery!!

    Had to work out of town for 6 months. They packed and stored my stuff reasonably priced and nothing was broken or scratched when I got back

    My mother needed to move. And I was disabled. And by the hand of God they helped her. first moving company I called and Mom if very particular but they helped listened and patient for her not having any complaints gave me peace ??

    My family and I moved from ******* to **************. Rigos and his team showed up and saw that my son and I were very tired. They offered extra assistance to help us pack the last few rooms. They were fast and efficient. The best part was that they arrived two hours before we did and waited for us to move into our new home. I would definitely recommend them, and their prices were reasonable.

    DONT NOT HIRE RIGOS OR SAFE SHIP MOVING......WORST MOVING COMPANIES OUT THERE!I hired Safe Ship to move me from ***** to ***** I was told not to worry about anything just sit back and relax (the guy from safe ship told me) I was being sent professional packers...They sent Rigos Moving with 6-8 men to pack that were NOT professional packers for one they could not speak any english and for two they did not know how to pack, most of my breakable items were just thrown in the box needless to say they were broken. At least 40% of what they moved was broken and about 10 - 15 boxes I never received/were lost. I called to ask were my boxes were nobody could give me an answer, they told me to fill out a complaint form. I paid $50,000 YES $50,000 to have my valuables lost, stolen and broken. Im sure I am not the only person this has happen to, they need to be held accountable. I want to be compensated for my items and the stress they have put me threw.

    After hiring the price changed 3 different times. Upon delivery found 2 antique chairs broken. After months of waiting to hear about my claim they decided to offer $24.00 for compensation. I would never recommend this company to move anything.. Would love to leave them a zero star rating...

    The worst customer service and while not receiving 4 boxes, one which was a big tv box, most boxes were received damaged. This company must be running a scam since all reviews have the same story regarding missing boxes. They say that tracking the lost boxes will take up to 4 months. Then they ghost you. Moving costs are expensive. Although they are cheaper, they are not cheap! Over $2,000 paid to receive trashed boxes and to lose 4 one that was too big to miss!

    This company is only out for money. They didnt stick to the quote I had and damaged a piano that I paid extra to have moved. They wont return calls or emails. Do not use this company you will be sorry.

    Worst people ever. Took 6 weeks when told 3 to receive our stuff. Then the driver thought it was ok to sexually assault my wife, and make her and my daughter feel very uncomfortable. **************** and management are absolutely useless, Do not use these piles of s@&t movers for anything

    Rigos did a great job for me. I used a broker for my move and it was a disaster! Safe Ship had glowing reviews but I will never ever recommend using them. Rigos was the moving company they sent for me and they did their very best to make a bad situation better. They were kind,fair and helpful in a very difficult situation. Please dont use Safe Ship as broker for your move. Learn from my mistake.
