    6/3/25 date of transaction Amount of money we paid for the delivery was$ ***** The business promised me that all of my household items and car would be included with my delivery fee to deliver to me in *******. The nature of this dispute is that they didnt clarify all of the details and added more charges to the delivery fee then what we were quoted. The business didnt try to resolve this issue with us and kept making excuses and lies to us. They charged me and my boyfriend an extra $1300 for packing items that were never delivered or placed on the moving truck.

    I paid $1352 for expedited delivery within 1-6 days and they are delivering after 8 days and refusing to refund. Pickup was Saturday, 7/26 and I was given a Friday, 8/1 delivery date at pickup. They are not delivering until 8/3.

    We had contracted with safeship to do our move from one state to another. We tried to file a complaint and possibly reimbursement for items that broke or damaged in their care. Rigios out of California picked up and took more money from us than what the contract was for. Then ***** from ******** delivered our item. We were told to file a clam and did so with mymovingclaim.     Residence moving ********* to ************ Pickup ********* Estimated delivery: unknown Cost: ***** Damages: ***** Rigos is a third party company moving our residential stuff for Safeship Moving Services Weve been told numerous things from the company that our stuff would be here this date, or this date, and every time we call (if we can get ahold of the company) its pushed back to a later date and there is no promise date. Were now paying to rent furniture, sleeping on the floor and spending Thanksgiving likely, without anything in our home. Id like to not only request financial compensation, but would like a delivery adjustment ASAP. At this point Id rather fly back to **********, rent a U-HAUL and drive it to our residence. The amount of damages being caused emotionally and just in the day-to-day life is beyond money. As a veteran, I contacted a company Safeship that promised to take care of its veterans. My family is hurt, our life is on hold. Please help.

    I paid for my valuables to be moved from ********** to ******** and in the process 9 boxes and a television were missing when delivered. The unloading crew refused to check the truck for the missing items.

    I signed a contract with Rigos Delivery Moving & Storage, **** on 4/27/24 to pick up my belongings in ***********, ** on 4/29 at 9 am and deliver to my new home in ****************, **. At the time I paid $437.00 for the deposit on the sales contract. I received no communication on 4/29 until after 3 in the afternoon. I left email and phone messages for *******************************, the sales manager and only contact I had to that point, I was told by ******************** after 4pm that they would not be coming out because their truck broke down in the morning and will not be fixed until the following Wednesday. I left for ******** the next day. I received a call on Wednesday morning that the moving crew was there but that they had to adjust my price from $1905.00 to $3,700. I expressed that ai was not happy that the price was doubled and that the moving supervisor was accusing me of lying about the items they were to pick up. I agreed to the price change but told the supervisor that I was not happy with the major change in price. She immediately told me that she was no longer willing to honor our contract due to my dissatisfaction. She told me by phone that the Rigos Delivery company can return my deposit and cancel the contract. She and her crew left my belongings in my driveway, left my gate open and left the property without any communication or notice to my family member living at the house that they were leaving. As a result my aunt realized they were gone and her dog had run away. Since that day, I have called an emailed ******* at Rigos Delivery several times over the next four weeks, however no one answered my calls or responded to my emails. I am requesting my deposit back since they did not fulfill any part of our contract. Additionally, they terminated the contract and removed it from the online database so I could not access the details of our contract from the link they provided by email.

    I paid this business $1800+ to move my furniture and belongings from ***********, ** to ************. The business somehow wet my mattress during transport due to it not being wrapped properly resulting in mold and mildew damage. I have tried to contact this business to find out how this happened, and what they can do to mitigate this issue. They transferred me to their "claims" department once which was disconnected. I tried to call back several time since and they have refused to answer my phone call.

    This company quoted me $1697. For my move when movers arrived they kept saying there wasnt enough room I didnt even take 3 of the big items on the quote. When we called the sales person ******* and customer service no one would answer. In the end they wanted $ *******. They have not returned call or resolved issue . The driver was t calculating square footage correctly and then rudely said and dont forget my tip

    Unfortunately here in the **************** there is another Moving Company using a very similar name as ours and they have been using our reputation to steal clients from us, their name is ***********;Delivery Moving & Storage, they are using our name to get customers and due to their bad performance many customers come to us with their complaints against them regarding over charges, damages, poor customer service, etc. So if you can please send this complaint to them that would be amazing. (They are F rate in the BBB and have no more than 2 stars on Yelp & Google.)

    We recently relocated from ********** ******* to *********** and we used rigos moving service, our item were picked up in ******* for delivery to ********** ***********. We are being told after paying rigos they cannot deliver to *********** due to the small roads and small towns due to the fact that they have a semi truck that cannot drive down our roads. It is august 23rd, after multiple calls and promises and guarantees from rigos that our truck would be here even today they are now telling ** the truck is in ******** and cannot deliver to ***********. None of which was told to ** when they picked ** our stuff in *******, I feel they are holding out stuff hostage and are asking for more money. We continue to call to find out where our belongings are and when we can get them and each time told a different story. We just want our stuff and an explanation to where it is and when we will get it

    On 02/23/2023 I signed a document stating that my move from *******, ** to ******, ** would cost $3999. On that day, I paid a $640 deposit. All of that was done with a broker by the name of *********************. He supposedly works for ************, which is who I originally booked with. Before finally booking with ****, I was being harassed with text messages and phone calls by him daily to book with him despite me saying that I wasn't comfortable with booking yet due to not having a secure move date picked. On 03/14/2023, the movers were supposed to have arrived to pack up my things because I was on a strict timeline to get to ******** by the 17th in the morning. I called and was told that their truck had broken down and that my move would be forwarded over to his "sister company". That was Rigos Delivery. I was never told when they would arrive despite asking numerous times. The next morning, the guys from Rigos arrived at around 8am with only a 15 minute notice prior to arrival. Upon arrival, I was told that I was quoted incorrectly by the broker and that I actually had far more than what was on the original estimate. He said that it was called "bulky fees" and that my furniture was just really nice, so it qualified as bulky. They're small couches. After he revised the contract, it stated that I owed a total of $7906.52. In order to begin packing my items, I had to pay $3633.26 up front. On the contract, it stated that I had **** sqft. My apartment was only 900sqft. It took around 5 hours for everything to be loaded. The original broker, ****, stated that my items would arrive to me within 5 days. I didn't receive my items until 03/29/2023 at 6 pm despite being told that it would arrive a day prior. The day of arrival, no one reached out. I kept having to call for updates. No one knew what was going on. I had to miss 2 days of work for the delivery. When things finally were delivered, they dropped off someone else mattress to my home. I was scammed and I want my money.
