            I am being charged for something I did not agree to and I don't know who is charging me.My business checking account was debited four times: 05/16/22, 06/16/22,07/18/22 and 08/18/22 Each debit was for $14.99 each. Bank statement says RECURRING Payment to Google Docusign, phone number ************. I have not been able to reach anyone at this number. It tells me to go to my google account. I did not find anything pertaining to this on my Google Play account. I did not received any communication saying that I have this account. I really don't know how I got this Google Docusign. I only knew about it from my bank statement. My bank cancelled my debit card and reissued a new one. This company gets access to the new card and continues to debit my account. It appears it may have my bank account info which I know I would not have given to them..I don't know what this coming from.

            We have been with them for years , loyal customers,this last year I not only have been dealing with scammers on my husbands email,in my drive ,but then find out Roku had my credit card info on a email address that wasn't ours ,they hacked psafe ,piggybacked my husbands email while protected by this service, you should think twice about it ,plus my husbands email was in their beta ,**** wasn't even reading my emails and answering me , with all the wrong things , just stay clear of them or you will be a victim
