      I have mailed & faxed multiple written notifications to Stafford Group and Associates demanding documentation of any contractual relationship between *****************************. This was not a request for verification or validation. This was a request for proof of contract to substantiate their claim to Experian, Korner Stone that I owe Stafford Group and Associates, $6427.00. I respectfully requested any agreement with any "client" that grants you the authority to collect on this alleged debt, or proof of acquisition by purchase or assignment, and authorization under subtitle D Privacy of the SECTION 609 (a) (1) (A) and Section 623(a)(1)(B). APPLICATION OF SECURITY PROVISIONS AND PENALTIES TO BUSINESS ASSOCIATES OF COVERED ENTITIES; and SEC. 164.308,164.310, ******* and ******* of title 45 SECURITY. I also, respectfully requested that this company provide me with a certified copy of the original contract bearing my wet signature, the payment history, and a breakdown of the bill in question, specifically naming Stafford Group and Associates as a company entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. Any automated response such as CoreLogic or ***** Nexis "verification" is unacceptable. Certification of a contract bearing my wet signature can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question. Nevertheless, Stafford Group and Associates is NOT registered and NOT licensed with the ********* Secretary of State to conduct any business practices.

      Hi I'm *********************, I am not liable for this debt with ********. I fo not have a contract with Stafford Group and associates. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.The reason it took me so long to file a complaint. I have been trying to get some kind of documentation about this debt. But this company has refused to send me anything. So now I took it upon myself to file a complaint to get some help.

      I have been getting harassed for some time now by this creditor who i never had an account with. i Have been filing identity theft claims since my belongings were stolen and The poster master was informed of my address being changed and mail being rerouted to various places. I filed a complaint with IC3 for suspicious activity IP addresses that were accessing certain files, and debt was being accumulated under my name. STAFFORD GRP call me on a daily basis. On Tuesday June 6, 2023 a voicemail was left by someone named ******, so I called back to speak to ******, who is the person who left me the voicemail and i was told that she was not Available. I went on to tell the person that this was not my account and i asked for the persons name who i was speaking to. The person on the phone did not want to say what her name was but she threatened me if i did not release my banking information to her. Immediately, I knew something wasn't right so i decided to do some research.Upon doing some research and typing their phone number into ******* which is ************, I found numerous complaints from other consumers about the same company. A voicemail they had left me recently matches the same description of other complaints from various other consumers.       May 2017, this was to pay lawyers to get rid of timeshare. we paid up to from Aug 14 2017 to Mar 2018. I was told to tell Monterey that as soon as the timeshare was settled, in which it was dec 21. I was verbally told they sent $2000 to Monterey, and they claim they never received. This collection was off my credit report and as of Mar 2023 this new collection was put back on my credit bureau and deducted 80 points. Stafford Group was notified with my dispute and in return told the bureau it was mind. On the report from Monterey, it showed I made my last payment in June 2017, when in fact my first payment to them was Aug 14 2017. So with this new collection I don't know how to get rid of them and gain back my 80 points taken away. This company Monterey and Stafford Group I do not trust them since they put the wrong info, but insist they are saying it is mind and all is correct. When in fact I didn't stop payment Jun 2017. Also, my lawyer who I can't talk to died and the owner wife said she couldn't help me. I am looking to get these people off my back and never hear from again. The credit bureau won't believe me and I don't know how to get off my credit report.

      On March 7, 2023 Stafford Group and Associates received my dispute letter requesting verification of account debt. The account number reported to the credit bureau is 11**** As of today, the debt collector has not replied to my request. Under the ***** Finance Code, they have 30 days to respond to my request for information. I am hereby requesting the removal of the invalidated account from my credit reports. Thank you
