I received a charge from this company without an invoice or email explaining the charge. I've reached out several times and received no help. They don't return calls and emails are automated. They also close my help ticket. I'm a lender on this platform and should not be having any payments taking out of my account. There has been a mistake made that could be easily fixed but no one will answer to help me. Very unprofessional. I will give them a chance to make it right on this platform before reporting it as fraud to my bank and reporting them to consumer protection services.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
No where is this fee listed. I would like to have my account canceled and a full refund. Im no longer going to be investing anymore with your company. This is very dishonest to not have this amount known before using your service. I tried looking this up under your information for lenders. I attached what you say the charge is. What you have on your app is a charge of 1% or 3 dollars and its stated that this is added by the borrower. No monthly subscription amount is listed. Please cancel my subscription. I will no longer being using your services. This is dishonest and its terrible I had to complain here to get a response. Your customer service is nonexistent.

I am rejecting this response because: This fee is not mentioned or was shown when I signed up. Please update that. I showed you photos of what the fees are when I asked and I was told I didn't pay a fee for using your platform. You have to be transparent on all fees! I never would have signed up had I known you would charge me a monthly fee based on loans I gave out. Please provide me with the resources that shows and explains these fees. I couldn't find it on your site.

I am rejecting this response because:You aren't answering my questions. You charged me a fee and I sent you screen shots of what I read about being a lender. No where was there a mention of a fee of ***** for giving out 1k in loans. Since you are just giving me auto responses I'm going to assume you are a scam company. Hope people read this and don't use your platform. Over half of the loans I gave out defaulted and I'm over 600 dollar in the hole. Don't join this platform you will never get customer service needed or a straight answer.

This business response is from a bot, not a human. There is still nobody working on solving the issue, and there is no documentation providing proof that any of our data is securely stored.

This business is a scam. I completed registration, provided personal information, linked my bank and paid the subscription but was met with denial-of-service without being provided a reason as to why. I opened a ticket with their in-app support as that is where they refer you to go when you call their customer support number. They do not reply. Their customer service is non-existent. They have essentially robbed me as they took my money for the subscription and refused me service. Unfortunately, you also have to contact customer service in order to delete your account. However, they do not respond. I will be suing this company. They have essentially robbed me by taking a subscription fee and denying me service. They are also required by law to delete my data. I am rejecting this response because:I clearly asked for my account and data to be deleted. This is legally required when requested. This business is completely incompetent and can't even respond appropriately to specific requests. I am suing this company and I encourage others to do the same. They essentially make it easy by illegally refusing service, charging a subscription without providing advertised services, having non-existent customer support that ONLY replies on the ******************** website but not their own in-app support and much more ridiculous business practices that make you wonder about the mental aptitude of their leadership. All correspondence will be used against you in court, especially your blatant refusal to delete my account and data.
(Note: The only way to delete your account is to contact support, but their support never replies except when contacted by the BBB and they will still ignore the request.)

The Lenme app is very discouraging to say the least. The app never works properly and I have never gotten any kind of help whatsoever. No one answers the phone and it in some cases has taken weeks to get a response through the app from customer service. The app costs me money monthly and I want every dime I have paid them refunded. Requested a loan on January 18th. Have not received an offer in over a month to fulfill this loan. However, I've paid two subscription fees during this time. I've read numerous reviews that have stated the same thing, as well as investors who have never received payment. This app/business collects subscription fees from want to be borrowers (I say want to be because they never actually receive the loan) and takes investor's money with no intentions of paying them back. Sadly, as we have mentioned before and this is also written in our FAQ's on our website, we have no control over the investor's decision to offer a loan to a borrower. And on the other hand, from the investor's side, sometimes the borrower doesn't pay their debt. We consider collections to be a critical part of our efforts to ensure that we serve our investors in the best way possible. Debts are out of our control and, as you know, part of the lending business, and all of our investor's are aware of that.

This is a complete scam and should be shut down. They allow you to sign up hassle free with a subscription however once you pay that it stops working. I lost access to the phone number associated with my original account, and live in a completely different state than when I originally signed up, so the identity verification kept failing. Upon requesting that my account and all associated personal information be deleted from their system so I could create another, all I got was automated or copy/pasted generic responses. I finally got them to send me a link for their "Account Deletion Request Application" several weeks ago, and filed it appropriately, but my information is still in their system. Now we're back to the same automated email responses about "Here's how to DEACTIVATE your account" - which is not what I am requesting. This company is refusing to delete my SSN from their system, and if this continues I am going to pursue legal action against them. This is highly suspicious behavior.Business Response
