    Lenme will not remove an outstanding debt that has already been paid through a debt collector. I paid the debt on 2/9/2023.

    Lenme failed to withdraw a payment from my account with sufficient funds which led to me being charged a late fee on the payment. They will not respond to my support requests to have this fee removed so I can pay the lender and avoid going to collections. This feels like a scam to get extra money out of me and I need a resolution asap.

    Payments are done via automatic in-app bank withdrawals from within the app. These payments are scheduled according to your payment due dates as per the borrower agreement.

    Failure to pay at the payment due date *** affect your credit score, another automatic payment attempt will be made a week afterwards. We hope you understand we cannot manually postpone any payment due dates.

    I am rejecting this response because, as you can see with my attachments, the bank transfer failed while i had adequate funds in my account which I showed to support. I want to be refunded the late fee because I shouldnt pay an extra 12 dollars for your app interface not functioning properly. Thanks.

    I signed up for this companys app. They had two options- one was a monthly subscription and the other was a yearly subscription. The yearly subscription stated that it came with a free three day trial. I chose the yearly subscription- since I needed a few days to decide if I wanted to keep the subscription prior to being charged. However, I was charged immediately. I reached out to customer service within the first 24 hours of my subscription with a very detailed email, stating I wanted a refund for the amount taken out of my account and wanted my subscription canceled. They replied and stated they were sorry I was having problems with the app and asked for more detailed information about my problem. I immediately responded and repeated my problem - that I was not given a free three day trial - and wanted my subscription canceled and a refund. A few days later - I received an automated email asking if I still had the same problem and stated that my ticket would be closed in 7 days. I responded again - stating it was not resolved and that I still have not heard back from anyone. Its been 8 days and I still have not heard back from anyone or received a refund.

    However, since our subscription is managed by Apple Pay / ****** Play , you will need to contact their customer support for a refund.

    Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
    Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

    Go to play.google.com.
    At the top right, click your profile icon.
    Select Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history.
    Find the order you want to return.
    Select Request a refund or Report a problem.
    Choose the option that describes your situation.
    Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.

    Customer support was made aware that my linked bank account is unavailable and Im attempting to make my loan payment which is due in 8 days thru another payment method. **************** is telling me they cant accept another payment method. What business in 2024 doesnt accept another payment method when the customer is explaining that the bank account attached is no longer active. I was told that my credit score would be affected and that they would try charging the bank account in question twice even though Im telling them its not active. Im willing to pay my loan back 8 days earlier thru any other payment method. This is unacceptable.

    Can I have written acknowledgment that you and your company refuse to allow me to pay my loan balance in full by my due date ? I no longer have access to my checking account on file so can you also acknowledge that you will not and can not take payment by any other means other than the checking account on file? 
    Lastly since you guys cannot help me pay my loan balance and I have exhausted every other means to pay my obligations in full by my due date this means my credit score will be untouched correct? 

    I need this for my records . Thanks in advance

    I created an account with Lenme on 6/7/24. I emailed requesting to have my account deleted on 6/8/24, 6/10/24, and twice more since then. I have either received no response, or a cursory one that does not address my request at all.

    I have called their customer support twice, and there is only voicemail available, to which I have also received no reply. This company has more information of mine than I am comfortable with, and I have been receiving many more scam calls and texts since I signed up. I just want my account deleted.

    I needed some money ASAP and I heard about this lenme app where you can borrow money so I signed up and used my crypto as back up for them to be assured I would pay them back.After I requested the $100 loan, Lenme showed me 3 offers from people so I accepted 1 offer and once I did that they took my crypto to hold but then didnt give me the loan and its been saying theyre waiting on the investor to respond for over an hour, but they already took my crypto. This is very shady business dealings, there is no reason the crypto should be taken from me until the money is going to be given to me. I have tried to get in contact with them but when you call the only number they have available, a recording tells you to contact that in the in app chat feature which Ive been trying to for an hour and no one replies. These are very shady practices for a company dealing with peoples money.

    Since your current loan offer is still pending investor approval. The investor has 48 hours to finalize your offer from the time you approved it.

    If your loan offer is canceled by the investor or expired, your original loan request will still be valid for 30 days from the submission day so other investors can offer you more competitive offers.

    I signed up for an account on their app to access loans. I've provided my bank account and personal information and did not signup for any subscription, however I was charged $10 because i had an account. They are not allowing me to deactivate or cancel my subscription because I don't have "more than 2 offers" and the only way to delete my account is to have more than 2 offers of loans. Because of this, I am unable to cancel my subscription or delete my account. And this is a recurring subscription that they will keep charging me. I have and will not use their service and wish that they will delete my account and subscription on my behalf.

    1- For security reasons, users can't create another account using the same information, even if the first account has been deactivated.
    2- Users with an active loan or loan request can not request to deactivate the account.
    3- Deactivating the account doesn't cancel your subscription .

    I created my account six months ago and I have requested for a loan every month for six months and I havent gotten a single response not 1! They want you to pay for this application, but you get nothing from it at all. It was a complete lie and a waste of my time.

    I took out a loan with lenme back in 2022. I had defaulted on my loan which is all my fault. I have reached out with several attempts to get info on the debt Ive accrued over time. Something as simple as what date did I request the loan could not be answered. **************** just kept closing my tickets. Now Im thinking about filing bankruptcy and need some info for them.. for example.. does I have an account number of some sort? And again what date did I obtain the money from the loan. **************** is unwilling to help. They wont even bother to tell me I cant provide you with that information. SO. I guess Im going to have to get my attorney to contact their legal department. Some of this info should be readily available in the app. You provide them with so much information and they provide you with so little. I wouldnt be so angry if support would have just said no we dont have account numbers or SOMETHING.
