On 3/8/24 I inquired about selling my Rolex. I sent photos per request. I answered their question that I did not have box or paperwork. Told them I purchased new in 1990. That evening I got a quote back for $4250. Also I got an email, "We are not buying watches without box or paperwork at this time. Which is it? The quote also include a paragraph, "Your purchase offer can increase/decrease based on: if the watch has diamonds, age factory ************* missing links, correct model number....."I sent an email back requesting to speak on phone and mentioned. You seen the pictures yes a diamond dial. I answered the question about the box and paperwork, missing. I told you purchased new in 1990. I also called same day I emailed and was told my contact was out to lunch he will call back after lunch. Never called back. Did send another email that stated they sent me a quote. I emailed again requesting conversation. Again I got an email telling me my quote was for $4390 and requesting my address to send a shipping label. I sent another email and told them if they don't want to speak and be transparent and their offer is $4390 firm I except. Send the label. Never heard back.Business response

Hello, I recently sent my watch to **** Watch and have been waiting for an update since January, but I still have not received any information regarding my watch. Once **** Watch sent me a prepaid shipping label, I simply shipped my watch, and ***** tracking information indicates that my watch was delivered on January 16. Since that date, they have not responded to me and seem to not care about my watch. I also read their reviews on Trustpilot, and many customers mentioned that they do not respond. I dont know if they are a legal or a scam company, but based on ******* they seem to be a legitimate watch consignment site. The last communication I had was with someone named *******************************, who told me, I will respond on Monday, on February 24. Since then, I have sent them multiple emails requesting an update regarding my watch, but they have not responded. I sent them a demand letter stating that if they do not respond to me and resolve my problem, I will report it using any legal means necessary. Before doing so, I would like to reach out to them via BBB (Better Business Bureau) and hope that someone will respond to me or explain why they are not responding when my watch has already been delivered to them. Once again, I am requesting that **** Watch contact me! Thank you.Business response

I bought 3 Rolex watches from his store that claimed on their website and in person when I asked multiple times that the watches were new and never worn or sized. I bought them as investment pieces and on 1-12-24 I went to sell one of them and I was told the watch was used missing a link, polished down horribly and the glass was replaced. I contacted the store and told them what I had discovered the same day and that I had lost complete trust them and their business after being lied to and loosing a sell which resulted in me not getting full value because of the issues that were mentioned. I asked them to return the watches and give me a refund due to the issue and that I was not interested in the rest because I do not know what kind of problems I will face in the future trying to sell the other 2 watches. When I told them this they replied with maybe if you got it checked elsewhere and then came back in 3 days after the purchase we couldve looked into it. Why would I take it somewhere else after purchasing it. Who takes something somewhere else after a store purchase to authenticate it? I feel cheated and lied to and my money was stolen from me and trust in this store. Can you please help me resolve this issueBusiness response

All the watches we sell are pre-owned. The watch you purchased was pre-owned but never worn. Nevertheless, per our website all watches come sized at a length on 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 inches and yours was no different. This fact is listed on every product page on the website. Brand new Rolex watches from authorized dealers come at a length on 8 inches.
We provide a 3 day inspection and return policy so that the customer can inspect the watch and ask question or have concerns addressed. This purchase happened months ago and is not eligible for a return. My suspicion is that in your attempt to sell the watch that the unscrupulous dealer(s) you dealt with have tried to get you to lower your selling price by being ****** critical of the watch. I have personally reviewed both the untouched photographs of the watch both coming in for purchase and leaving the facility and the watch is absolutely in perfect condition.
If you would like to sell us your watch back, please contact ********************* and let her know who you are and we can be extra aggressive on our purchase price.Initial Complaint

I bought a Rolex watch back on 9/26/2022 from Bobs watch. I sent a screenshot from their website and item number and paid the price it was showing on the listing they sent me a Watch. It had scratches in it I noticed, but I wasnt able to send it back due to health issues, but they said its under warranty, so A few weeks ago I decide to sell my Rolex watch. They give me less than half of the price they sold and I didnt like the price. I asked them to fix inside because it was still under warranty and they said they cant. Long story short, they excepted that they didnt send me the Watch I purchased in the beginning, they offered me to buy another Watch is the same price and I excepted, I selected the watch and then ask them to send the remaining balance with the a check and I give them my address again, all this screenshots are attached, 4/24 Saturday I was waiting for my ***** signature required shipping to be deliver to me, at 10:30am when I check again, the package was showing as delivered. I run outside and check surroundings there was no packages pr ***** truck, I checked again it was saying signed by someone last name is ****, I called ***** asked if addres was correct They informed me the address was wrong, sender put **** instead of ****. In fact, there is no **** in this neighborhood, so ***** shouldve hold the package for wrong address, I opened a case and they got back shortly, saying item left to manin entry which doesnt make any sense because we dont have main entrance, picture attached, I filed a police report, attached, ***** got back to me 4 days ago and they said they finished their investigation and sender should file a missing package to *****, screenshot attached, *** from Bobs watch stepped in and said they are still investigating and getting better information from *****, it has been more than 10 days and they originally said it will only take 2 days I want my money or exact watch i bought from them asap Thank you *******************Business response

I bought ** for $43000 + and watch have no power, I try to contact them by phone and email but they dont even have courtesy to respond me back. First they over charged my credit card and now watch stop functioning within 10 days of purchase.Business response

I ordered a watch on May 18th 12:24am from their website: Order #************** I had paid $87.87 down payment which I need refunded as well as canceling the financing through Klarna which Bob's Watches will need to notify.Later in the day when they we're open, I called to ask some questions and they had no answers for me and informed me that accounting would call me back. I was concerned about the delivery date and was told it would be the next day, the 19th. I had also sent messages using their website to contact them the time shortly after I ordered, plus replied to an auto responder email with several messages (several separate times). On the 19th I had no responses to my messages, no return phone call and there wasn't activity with the tracking number which was emailed to me on May 19 at 11:48a.m; thereby stating to be shipped on the day it should have arrived.As I write this, there have been no responses in any form to me. I am not paying for this as I have canceled it. If it arrives, I believe I would have to sign for it which would mean acceptance but I will refuse delivery. If for some reason the courier doesn't follow those directives and leaves it at my door (If I'm unable/cannot answer my door), I will then treat it as a gift as per law with regard to items delivered to one's address that we're not ordered by it's resident. I also emailed that to them, and suggesting they follow through with my demand to cancel the order.Business response

Bob's Watches of *************, ********** agreed to buy my Rolex Submariner watch for an estimated $13,000. After receiving my watch they gave me an offer of $12,250. Out of consideration I offered to let Bob's Watches send a check instead of a wire.It is now 34 days later and I do not have my Rolex watch or any payment. I was told on March 1st, 2022 by ****** Eib, an employee of Bob's Watches that he "personally watched his *** cut me a check". It does not take 22 days to get a letter from **********. Also, on Bob's Watches website it ****** that payment will be received within 48 hours. This is consumer fraud. Before I pay my attorney to file a criminal and civil complaint I am coming here. I have emailed ****** Eib and the *** of Bob's Watches and they refuse to respond to me. I live in ************** so going there to see them personally would be a big inconvenience.Business response
