      I reached out to Bob's Watches to sell my Breitling B09 Pistachio Chronograph that I was selling due to much less than expected wrist time. I got a lowball offer and ***** next day shipping labels from ***************************. I had a few questions about the process but after receiving no response to three voice mail messages, I decided to go another route with the sale. My watch was purchased from a Breitling Boutique in *** so I wanted to better understand "we'll adjust the offer after we examine the watch" and is the shipping cost deducted from the offer. I'm not sure who their clientele is, but it seems ***'s business model is built around customers in need of quick cash with no questions asked. I am a watch collector and this was my first and last attempt to do business with Bob's Watches. *** apparently doesn't understand the lifetime value of a customer!

      Do not use Bobs Watches to sell your used Rolex. They have me a quote for a Rolex Submariner and have me 48 hours to accept the offer. I accepted the offer and the lowered the price. This was supposed to be rectified by ************************* who never responded back to my emails. ********************* was supposed to assist and after multiple inquiries she did not help honor the original quoted *****. Overall Bobs Watches has proven to be dishonorable, I would not buy, sell, or trade any high value watches with this company.

      I recently purchased a new Rolex Rose **** GMT-2 Root Beer and was looking to sell my Rolex Two-Tone GMT-2 Root Beer and my Rolex Day Date President. I had them listed on one of the large, well-known websites and when I began to get a barrage of lowball offers on one of the two watches, all coming from the same state, I grew concerned that I was being targeted by scammers. At that point, I began looking for an alternative place to sell and came across Bobs Watches. I researched Bobs on various websites, including the BBB and Trust Pilot. I read reviews from many happy customers and saw that **** addressed and sought to resolve the issues that were raised by a few others.I provided them with the pedigrees and photos of both watches and within a day I received very fair offers. They sent me a prepaid overnight shipping label and proof of insurance and off my watches went to their ********** office. They confirmed receipt of the watches the next morning. By the end of that day, they had evaluated the watches and called to explain to me what they found. Both watches needed to be professionally polished and one of them had a chip in its ******* and it needed to be replaced. The deductions for those things were very reasonable and I told them we had a deal.I chose to receive payment by mail and their check arrived within 4 business days, which is the normal time for mail delivery from ********** to where I live. It was a pleasure doing business with **** Watches. I would not hesitate to do so again should the need arise.

      I recently bought an 07' Rolex Sea-Dweller *****. I dealt with a sales rep by the name of ****. I do not live in the ** and I spoke with him over the phone. I found him to be extremely polite, helpful, professional, and honest. He was also very patient with me and answered all of my questions, and gave me a great sense of comfort. He physically looked at the 2 comparable models that I was interested in but could not physically see, he advised me which one he thought was a more favorable purchase, "no it was not the more expensive one". I paid via CC over the phone and a few days later the watch arrived at my friends house in *****, and a few days later they brought it home to me. I could not believe my eyes when I opened the box. The watch looked brand new! An absolutely gorgeous specimen. I could not be happier had I bought it brand new from an AD. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star rating is because before I dealt with ****, I was dealing with another fast talking youngster, who in the end did not seem to interested in helping me out. I got the sense that he was a busy man with sales to make and I may have been taking up too much of his time. I deliberated on the purchase for about 4 days. I eventually got transferred to ****, and it worked out in the end. **** also offered me an additional $100 off the watch than the youngster did, so bonus. I would recommend this dealer. Call and ask to speak to *********************************.

      I ordered a watch online, the photos of the watch stated actual photo I ordered the watch as a gift. The watch arrived in 24 hours. The watch that arrived was NOT the watch in the photo. Clearly this was an error on the part of the company. I reached out and spoke to manager *** (who was very polite and responsive) who informed me originally that they would do everything to get me the right watcb. Unfortunately, ownership at **** decided they would not in fact make the situation correct and send me the appropriate watch. Instead they would only offer a $200 credit for their error. I would not trust this seller and would not believe when website states actual photo. Buyer beware, objects in photos not actually delivered.

      After clearly stating the condition of my Rolex Submarina, I communicated that I would need $9400, which included the $100 deduction for them polishing the watch. I let the representative know that the watch was serviced about 15 months ago and running great. He sent me the box to send it via ****** and I got a message to call him to discuss the watch the day after it was received. He said the watch was losing 7 seconds a day and that they would need to service the watch and reduce the price $400.00. I told them to return it, and I got it back the following day. That afternoon I took it to a local watchmaker who had worked at Rolex for seven years- he said my watch did not need to be serviced and showed my readings between 1-3 seconds a day which he said was within Rolex specifications. He demagnified the watch before taking the reading- he said that could be why *** got a higher reading if in fact they actually got the 7 seconds a day reading. I was not surprised that I sent the representative a picture of the reading and did not get a response. I feel that ***'s gave me a higher price and planned to say the watch needed to be serviced as bait and switch. I am not surprised to read others had a similar experience. My local watchmaker tells me that once the watch is shipped very rarely do clients ask for the watch to be returned back so they usually get away with this practice.

      I was originally contacted by my customer who requested my services to liquidate an estate from a deceased loved one. One of the items was a Vintage Rolex. After much research, calls, offers, emails, etc. to potential buyers; Bobs Watches was the highest offer I received. Not the highest by a little, but they exceeded every other offer by 50% or more. And when I say, offer I was not promised a certain amount or even that they would ultimately buy this Rolex at all. I was given a price range based on the information I gave them, and the pictures I provided of the watch. In the end, everything went very smooth. I did not receive a lowball offer, or even the lowest dollar number in his price range. *****, who facilitated the deal on behalf of Bobs Watches, did exactly what he originally said he was going to do, beating the timelines, and the original dollar amount he initially quoted me. The entire process took 6 days, and this included a 3 day holiday weekend. So really, 3 business days total after sending the watch via Fed Ex overnight with a shipping label paid for by them.

      ********** would be my rating and thats even generous!!Absolutely the worst experience in my life outside of loosing my father.*********************** and I had lengthy phone conversation and we agreed on $9000 for my Rolex watch. We also discussed and it was very clear that my watch doesnt come with box or papers as thats how I purchased the watch from a very reputable dealer. I sent watch and heard nothing for 3 days I called and got ****** on the phone she then started with the sales tactics.she offers $7700 because of no box no papers I said we discussed this before you sent label. She then said she needed to talk to manager then a few days later they miraculously came up to ****now in the meantime my watch has been there over a week and god only knows what theyve done to it..then I said we agreed and it was stated before I shipped watch that it came no box no papers and we agreed to $9000..now they have forced me to take less money because I dont know what they did to my watchThen it took 10 days to receive a check not the 48 hours *********************** had said Total bait switch hood hostage sales tactics. Stay away and learn from my nightmare to NEVER deal with ***************************** ever!!!!!!!
