            This company offers float therapy, a powerful tool for wellness, relaxation, pain relief and better sleep. They have 4 float pods. Each one is in it's own private room with a shower. You control the pod door, the lights, and the music. The pure experience is 60-minutes of floating in silent darkness but you can ease you way to that. Everyone fits in the Float Pods and everyone floats. The water is heated to a skin-receptor neutral temperature so it's not hot or cold. The floating is accomplished by 1000 pounds of dissolved epsom salt (MgSO4-7H2O). A lot of people are a bit nervous before their first float but the anxiety and nervousness diminishes quickly and most new customers find it to be profoundly relaxing and feel good afterwards. We spend a lot of time before the float with new customers to ensure the best possible first experience.

            Re: True Rest in Roseville, ca: *************************************************************. NEVER AGAIN!! Last time I went there, after finishing my float, I went to shower off and there was only freezing cold water. I waited and tried to fiddle with the settings but it remained ice cold. I dressed and went to complain at the front desk and the idiot there didn't even look up from what she was doing and responded "But did you enjoy your float?" I was temporarily speechless and she again said "yes, but did you enjoy your float?". I responded "No, as I just said, I was unable to shower, etc". No reply.I live above Auburn and it was cold and dark when I stepped out. By the time I returned home, all the gritty salt had dried on my *********** and it felt awful.The lack of concern from the staff was disappointing.
