I was sent by my current ********************* to Study.com that offers free trial. That is false advertising. As soon as I create a class with the assistance from my advisor study.com charged my debit card automatically. I had several tech issues and try reaching out to them over 3 dozen times. I have proof in documentation and after 4 days with no response. I cannot get a refund. Filing a cancel for a refund still keeps you active for a month until that time for 'you' has expired and will not give a refund. This took place between April 16, 2024, and the expiration that my account stays active is till May 16, 2024, of the last day of refund. I tried contacting study.com but only two outside sources exist and that is for finance and the other is tech. Both outside sources are unaware how to contact study.com direct of that they are not directly employed by study.com. Neith outside sources for the contacts for study.com are able to help with issues other than transfer your phone call to a message machine. I have also reached out to congresswoman ******************************* Office who greatly has success with issues. I contacted the local district where study.com is located for ******************************************* and outright refused to help me because I do not live in *****. about current active fraudulent educational activity in your district. I was also charged for a required video without my consent. Also, before a test, study.com wants you to scan the entire room and yourself with the laptop camera and to dress professional for a 3-hour test. The software is infected and does damage to your computer along with a visual and audio scan, a 360-degree facial scan, voice conformation, and Driver's License is scanned, and all of this added to hidden extra costs on your debit card. One example is that they claim it is accredited with 25 million members. An excessive number considering the total student number for the US is 18.1 million students. See the difference? This is only one example.Study.com

was just charged HUNDREDS for a service I never used and did not even intend to subscribe to - a confusion... and they only refunded about half of the HUGE monthly fee of $64 a month for about 9 months. :(Study.com a shame to do that to a teacher; we are not made of money...Study.com

I made sure to sign up only for the 30 day free trial. Study.com still decided to charge me the $60. I can't afford to make that payment right now, and I'm pretty upset they went back on their word. So heed caution -- the 30 day free trial is, in fact, not free.Study.com

When I was trying to start my post-graduate studies I missing a few prerequisites. Study.com's self-directed classes worked for me to meet my programs prerequisites before my post-grad was supposed to start, allowing me to start on time.Study.com
