  ******! - DO NOT USE!There are LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ON THE ****** site!10/25/2024.I found an interesting article one their site.I ONLY read the top half visible without subscribing.I repeat: I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE.Yet, the next day, Study.com charged me $21.I called ***** (Customer Happiness Manager repeatedly. No answer.I emailed - repeatedly. No answer.I finally found their answering service number and a woman who resolved the issue without any questions.She seemed so un-phased, as if she was used to this... NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.

  I went into my time with study.com thinking that I knew what I was getting into. ******* blog and ******** posts, one thinks that they have a good impression of the organization. I did my homework, my school accepted the credits and was even one of the partner universities. I even planned my time so that I could get the courses done at study.com for a time when my other courses and responsibilities were minimal. I wanted to quickly get the courses finished before an upcoming semester. The course content and quizzes were straightforward. I thought that the content was of appropriate level and it matched in difficulty with my actual college classes. My courses did include assignments as well. The assignments, which involved computer code, were graded within 24 hours. That was truly a phenomenal turnaround. However, for the multiple choice final exams, which are proctored, I am still waiting. It has now been over 3 weeks! This is frustrating as you have to continue to pay 235 dollars a month for the service. I am nearing the time where I need to pay for a third month just to give them more time to grade. I actually finished the courses within the one month window and expected to cancel the service at the end of the first month. The 235 dollar monthly fee is even a good deal; provided that your final exam is graded in a reasonable time. Even paying for two months, I still come out ahead financially when compared to my school's tuition. However, to me this now seems like a cash grab as the exams are multiple choice. It shouldn't be that difficult to grade them! Is study.com purposefully dragging their feet to force you to pay for extra months? Come on study.com, you can do better.

  Im currently using Study.com for homeschooling and the flexible schedule is working out great for us. He is able to manage his time effectively and balance schoolwork with other activities and Ive also noticed a change in his engagement since switching to homeschooling with Study.com.

  Before beginning my Masters program at my University, I still needed 3 pre-req classes. I was able to complete these classes through study.com in a shorter time and for much less money. The class transcripts were accepted by my University and I was accepted into the Masters program. The courses on study.com were challenging, but easy to navigate and complete on my own time. I wish I'd known about this site a long time ago!

  I initially had a great experience with study.com. That was until I had to contact support regarding a question I had regarding my final course with them. It has been a week and no one has been able to find a resolution to a simple question. No one answers the phone and the only communication via email is just confirmation of receipt of the emails. I was planning to take extra prep work classes with study.com. Poor customer service will be the reason I do not.

  I was skeptical because of the price at first. $60 seems steep, but after trying it I must say that it's worth every *****. I study about 15-20min a day for my CBEST, CSET, and RICA. I feel super prepared. I love the small digestible videos and the whole set up. It really makes studying your weak points easy.

  Study.com has allowed flexibility and simplified the learning expierence for me. As someone who is currently studying in a masters program, study.com has allowed me to feel confindent in my tests and upcoming exams. I will be contiuning to use it throughout my educational journey.

  As a teacher educator, I am always determined to ensure that my future teachers have to resources needed to conquer the Praxis assessment and Study.com was the secret weapon. The resources provided are not only comprehensive but also incredibly relevant to the actual exam, making my study process efficient and effective.   I am a 45 year old mother going back to school and finishing getting my degree. I had to take one class this summer to show that I was prepared to be back in school after such a long time. Someone had suggested Study.com to me due to the fact that it was cheaper and a little more forgiving and easier to get through than other entities. I had never used study.com before now and I was blown away on how great the website was to use and how beneficial to me it was. The cost was very affordable for a summer course, that was self paced. I was able to finish the course work and quizzes very quickly. I had not been in school for a while so taking a final test for the class was a little daunting to me. I took the final the first time and missed passing it by 4 points. But with study.com I had the opportunity to take the final again. You get 3 chances at taking the final to complete the class, which to me was another great asset of this program. I took the class again and passed with flying colors. These are just a few reason I would recommend study.com to anyone needing a few classes to go back to school or to finish up a degree on a short amount of time.
