1 starWorst Florist Experience Ive Ever Had Ive never dealt with a company so incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional as Flower Shopping. I ordered a birthday basket for my pregnant daughter-in-law a very meaningful gift since I live in another state and couldnt be there in person.On the day of delivery, I received no email, no tracking, no confirmation. When I called, I was bluntly told:Were sorry, we cant deliver it ******** explanation. No apology. No solution. Just a complete failure.I was furious and heartbroken. I made it very clear I wanted the order canceled, and I immediately bought from another florist one that actually does their job.Later, I was shocked when my daughter-in-law messaged me thanking me for the basket from Flower Shopping. So they went ahead and delivered an order I had canceled, after telling me they couldnt do it. Then they had the nerve to call me saying they were going to charge me anyway, despite admitting I had canceled it.The final straw? They called my pregnant daughter-in-law and told her they were going to take the gift ******** cruel and disgusting can a company be?Flower Shopping is unethical, careless, and completely lacking in decency. They dont care about your special moments they only care about taking your money, no matter what damage they cause.Avoid this company at all costs.Review fromAdam M

1 starDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will never order from them again. They care nothing for their customers and have horrible customer service. I ordered one thing online that said it had specific premium flowers in them that are my wifes favorite. When it was delivered it did not have a single flower in it that I wanted. Then, they substituted all the more premium flowers that were wanted with cheaper filler flowers like carnations. When I contacted customer service they just told me too bad and hid behind some fine print statement and told me they didnt have to do anything for me. They told me I should have stated I didn't want them substituted, which in my mind should be implied since thats why I ordered that specific arrangement. It would be one thing if someone reached out prior and asked or informed me of the changes, but that didnt happen. Again, worst customer service ever!Review fromVERONICA C

1 starHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I PAID EXTRA SO IT CAN GET DELIEVERED BY AN APPORIATE TIME FOR A FUNCTION (IT WAS A SUPRISE) CALLED SINCE 8AM CST 9AM EST AGENT SAID ITS GOING TO GET DELIEVERED I CAN ASSURE YOU. THE TIME CAME AND NO FLOWERS DELIVERED, NO ETA, NO COMMUNICATION ANYTHING, DUE TO THEM WORKING WITH A THIRD PARTY, ITS NO SUPERVISOR OR NO ONE THAT YOU CAN SPEAK WITH. THEY SAID IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY 6PM WHICH IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AS THE TIME FRAME. THIS COMPANY HAVE MESSED UP WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A WONDERFUL OCCASION FOR AN ENGAGEMENT, THEY DONT CARE, I GOT THE PHONE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. WITH NO PROFANITY BEING SAID JUST A FUSTRATED CUSTOMER THIS COMPANY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE BASICALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE MONEY AN MESSING UP SPECIAL OCCASIONS. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE. 1 starRip. Off. That says it all. Not only did they delay my delivery by a day, and didn't notify me, they absolutely phoned it in on the delivered product. Since it was delayed, they offered to upgrade my purchase or get a refund. I opted for the upgrade as this was a birthday present. I purchased the coffee and chocolate basket Deluxe and accepted the Premium upgrade, all for my previously paid $147 price.What showed up was, at best, $30 worth of dollar store quick shelf grab. Two terrible mugs stating ************ or similar cubicle-level poster rhetoric, a bottle of Coffee Mate powdered *******, and what looks like a small trick-or-treat assortment of fun-sized M&Ms and Snickers bars. Where was the premium coffe pictured on the web site? Where were the Lindt truffles? Nowhere to be found. What a joke. Buyer beware, this site is a scam. 1 starAVOID!!!!What a joke. I should have looked up reviews before ordering. After ordering I tried signing into the site to try and track the same day order. No luck signing in, tried resetting password through a link emailed from the website. Fake link doesnt work.Called customer service, they said they would email me updates on delivery. Never got any updates. I ordered a very specific arrangement from the website. Some completely different random a** flowers were eventually delivered. I guess Im lucky they sent anything at all. I tried to visit the website again today to submit a complaint and somehow I am blocked from the website. How in the h*** is this legal?Joke of a business. Avoid at all cost.Review fromMargaret M

1 starI ordered a Yellow Miniature Rose ***** in a basket with a bow for a friend who was recovering from surgery. What was delivered was nothing close, just a few cut flowers (including two peach roses and some chrysanthemums) loosely arranged in a glass vase, without even a bow. It wasnt a rooted plant, wasnt yellow roses, and wasnt in a basket. This does not follow their own substitution policy.Before ordering, I called the company directly to get an assurance that if a substitution was necessary, I would be notified in advance so I could cancel. That did not happen. Because it was a delivered, surprise gift, I only found out about the switch when the recipient sent me a photo of the unexpected flowers much later.The card message was also mishandled. Rather than a proper florists enclosure, it was a folded piece of paper stuck into the arrangement, offering very brief sender information which left the recipient confused.Customer service told me a full refund would only be issued if the local florist who they used, went to the recipients house and took the flowers back, which is both impractical and insensitive, especially for someone recovering from surgery. This is a delivery-only business. By their logic, they are never held completely responsible and never issue full refunds unless the flowers are taken back, even if the product is completely wrong. I didnt know about the error until it was too late because the flowers had died (which may not have happened if the intended rooting plant was delivered). Besides, I would not have wanted them to return to the home of someone recovering from surgery just to take back a gift meant to comfort her. After multiple emails, they offered to refund only 25% of the product price before delivery, plus $5 for the card error which never came. This entire experience was completely unsatisfactory! I will not use them again and recommend others look elsewhere, especially when kindness and reliability matter.Review fromMARLENE M

1 starTHEY ADVERTISE AS A ************* BUT THEY ARE NOT. I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY AUNTS FUNERAL AND THEY CALLED ME 1 HOUR BEFORE THE ***** SHOPS CLOSE TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T DELIVER MY FLOWERS. THEY DO THIS TO PEOPLE WHO ARE GRIEVING. THE FUNERAL IS TOMORROW. THANK GOD I FOUND AN ACUTAL ***** SHOP THAT 1 HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED WAS ABLE TO HELP ME. 1 starIf I could give no stars I would.. order for my grand mother funeral and they never sent the flowers and I tried for two days to get someone who c hold help me. They never did was told on the day of the funeral that the order was cancelled after I put it in but they would not tell me that they waited till the day of and we almost didnt have enough time to replace her flowers this place is a scam and horrible customer serviceReview fromJASON H

1 starI ordered flowers, a stuffed animal and a mylar ballon for my son and daughter-in-law, who just had their first ****** I paid for the deluxe arrangement, the largest stuffed animal and opted for the mylar balloon, pictured as a floating balloon with string hanging. When I received a photo of what was actually received, I was infuriated. The flowers were much less plentiful and different types, the stuffed animal appears to be a cheap, skill cranetype and the mylar balloon was a 3" diameter balloon on a stick put inside the flowers. Nothing was equal to the examples shown on the site, not even close. I sent a couple of emails back to back because I was so upset. This was supposed to be in celebration of my first ************** and the products received made it look like a cheaped out on a moment that deserved everything. I sent the images my son had shared with me to they're customer service department. They requested I send better pictures (understandable as it wasn't a great picture) , but my son and his wife were in the hospital with their newborn and I didn't want to harass them.i finally got pictures sent the following day and shared them. Then, I visited that night and took very clear photos, and sent those as well. Frankly, I want my money back for all of it, but, I'd accept a refund for everything but the stuffed animal. They responded that the florist had followed their guidelines and the arrangements sent should have been sufficient. They offered to refund me for the balloon,but nothing more. I paid for an arrangement, balloon and stuffed animal based on their examples, and everything sent was significant lower quality than what was chosen or implied on their site.Review fromEvan S

1 starThis company is a scam. They are advertising as if they are a local florist in the area you were looking. They make it seem as if delivery and everything will be seamless and smooth, but it is not. I should have done more research on this company that is my fault for not looking, but they are definitely not running good business model and their advertising is very misleading. I order a delivery for same day and it was not delivered. It was rescheduled for the next day and again was not delivered or no one was available for the delivery. I called to get my order canceled which took some time and eventually did get it canceled. I am waiting for the refund to be processed currently.
