They don't deserve any stars! What a terrible company! Ordered a premium size pink *********************** arrangement for my DIL's birthday. While it was delivered on the correct day, what was delivered was bore no resemblance to what I ordered. What an inept arrangement - not the quantity if stems, variety of stems or color of flowers in the arrangement as advertised. I have seen better flower arrangements in grocery stores!Customer "service" is a clown show. Calls made during the times they specify as being open, often get a recording- during those business hours - saying you have reached them after hours and they are are closed. When you finally manage to get through it is a run around. I was told they couldn't see the pictures in an email I sent. I re-sent it. I was told they had called me but couldn't leave messages - however no calls appeared on my call log. I only wish I could upload pictures here of this so-called premium arrangement. I was asked to send a picture of "the back"??? of the arrangement. Really! Like flowers in a vase have a "back side" ?? The picture on their website sure didn't.And then I received a patronizing email about how the substitution "recipe" was followed by the designer ...No one would recognize the arrangement that was delivered as having any resemblance to the advertised arrangement. They told me I got bigger flowers and more of them - not! Then they insulted me with a 10% credit offer. Like $7.80 somehow makes it all better. I only wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I think that this company just hopes no one sees what they deliver and compares it to what it was supposed to look like. This business is a disgrace to the industry. Never again!
