      Ordered elaborate, expensive arrangement. What was delivered was some cheap, generic flowers in a cheap vase. Policy is refund or replacement. Theyre refusing either.

      I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I am unbelievably disappointed. Yesterday, I ordered the Paradise Found arrangement to be delivered to my boyfriend for his birthday today. I paid extra for it to arrive at his office before noon because I knew he was leaving early. I called multiple times to get a status update, only to find out after 2pm that the order wasnt even being processed. In an effort to still get him the flowers today, the customer service representative (who was at least nice and tried to be helpful) offered to have it rerouted to his home, which isnt what I wanted, but I was trying to be understanding that things happen. The arrangement that just arrived is absolutely nothing like what I ordered, and the comparable arrangements on your website are priced lowered than the Paradise Found. What was delivered was roses and lilies. I specifically did not order roses because they are for a man, and I wanted a tropical flower arrangement. I understand having to replace something with a COMPARABLE flower, but I didnt order a specific tropical exotic arrangement for the florist to just deliver whatever they want. I am incredibly disappointed.

      If I could rate zero stars I would. I wanted to order a beautiful purple bouquet with a purple vase for my niece who just got diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. When she sent me the picture of flowers that were delivered i started to cry. She thanked me gracefully but I was so embarrassed. The vase was not purple and hideous. I paid for premium and paid over $118.00 after all said and done. She received a standard bouquet. The roses were in full bloom and starting to ****. A couple even had brown on the tips. Pieces of the greenery was brown and dead. I sent them pictures and demanded a refund. They had the nerve to say it looked ok. I got 0% of what I ordered. The only thing I got credited back was $32...the difference between premium and standard. I will never order from this company again and I wish I had done my homework first but the bouquet they have on the website was so beautiful and it was 0%. Not even a purple vase or bow??? And they had the response of 'Oh Well,To Bad

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Learn from my regret. I originally ordered a sympathy arrangement. All of the flowers were a beautiful lavender and purple color. They were arranged in a lavender square vase. The arrangement was minimal and monochromatic. The local florist who received the order did not have access to many of the flowers so a substitute bouquet was sent. According to their policy, the substitution must be within the same style theme AND color scheme. It also must be equal in value. The substitution they sent did not meet their requirements, so I requested a refund. I spent days attempting to get a resolution as they bounced me from one customer service agent to another. Even after proving it did not meet the requirements as well as reminding them that the description states the flowers will be delivered as shown in the picture, they declined my request. After several emails they still refused to refund me and closed my complaint. I order flowers online often as most of my loved ones live in another state. I have never had such poor customer service and lack of competency and empathy.

      As a customer, I expect to receive what I paid for. Unfortunately, my experience with Flowershopping.com left me feeling disappointed. I ordered the "***** ****" arrangement that was supposed to come in a red vase, with fall leaves, and a dark rose arrangement. The photo on their site was a large, full, beautiful fall arrangement. There are 3 size option available with the "as shown" being the cheapest. I went to the most expensive option, which should have been even larger than that shown in the photo. Not only did the flowers delivered look nothing like what I ordered, but they were also subpar. The arrangement I received had no fall leaves, but instead had some weed-like foliage which took up the majority of the vase, with a clump of roses in the front of the greenery only. The roses were also different color than what was in the photo. The arrangement I received and upgraded to the "premium" option, was even smaller than the cheapest version shown in the photo. I reached out to Flowershopping.com's customer service, only to be told that the delivered arrangement fell within their "substitution guidelines." However, this explanation is simply unacceptable. The product I received was not even a remotely close approximation of what was advertised and paid for. I paid $115 (with shipping, taxes, etc..) for an arrangement that was not even close to what I ordered. I could have easily purchased the arrangement delivered from my local grocery store for $***** add insult to injury, I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered before 2 pm, and they were delivered late. I strongly caution anyone considering Flowershopping.com for their floral needs to be wary of the blatant misrepresentation of products. What you see advertised may bear little resemblance to what ultimately arrives at your doorstep. In a world with countless reputable florists, it is simply not worth the risk of being let down by Flowershopping.com's deceptive practices.

      Do not trust flowershopping.com if you want flowers delivered on time or delivered at all. This was such an important delivery, 30 year anniversary for someone who just lost her husband unexpectedly 2 months ago. I wanted her to get the flowers on her anniversary since her husband couldn't. I'll never use this company again.I've never had luck with online florists, after multiple issues using ******************************* I decided to give FlowerShopping.com a try. I didn't think it could get worse than 1800flowers but FlowerShopping.com topped them. Not only did they not deliver the flowers, they advertise bouquets they can't make because they sub it out to local florists who don't have what they advertise. I can somewhat understand this, all other online florists sub out to local florists. But it didn't end there. They call to tell me they put the order on hold and to call back and "ok" the substitute flowers and vase. I call the number back at 10, 10:30, 11am, 11:30am EDT to get a message they aren't open yet, even though the hours were during the advertised open hours. I decide to send an email to "ok" the subscription. They tell me they released the hold and assured me the flowers would be delivered the same day. But they never delivered them.

      Very bad customer service and communication, less than 1 stat. They dont answer the phone if you request customer service or any option to do with an existing order, they only answer the phone if you select the new option order. Order delayed until the next day three times and then cancelled and still waiting for refund.

      I had a heartbreaking experience with this florist- It was guaranteed same day delivery, it was not, but I was ok for the next day; however they finally realized they did not even have that arrangement available. I picked another arrangement and they said it is only $20. more- They charged me $86 more without even sending me the email. I only found out a week later as it appeared on my credit card account. It was supposed to be the deluxe and it was not. No customer service was available on that Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday- I called everyday for a week. There was no one available. There is NO customer service, NO same day delivery, NO correct arrangement as promised, Do NOT take a chance here.

      Please dont try to call **************** because no one responds. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. The guarantee policy is invalid because I am totally not satisfied. My order was completely unsatisfactory.
