      Ordered flowers and paid for them from this business, received an order number and a delivery date. I was then told that they dont have a florist that delivers to the zip code I ordered to and that they could still deliver a different bouquet than what I ordered and told me that I needed to pay them additional money for this bouquet that I did not ask for. I requested my money back and the order canceled which they did, however I dont understand why they would accept and take payment for an order that they knew they would be unable to fulfill or even provide a substitute item at the price they advertised. They need to fix their website to show what can be ordered for selected zip codes or provide the item that they are offering without demanding additional payments after the order has been finalized.

      On July 2nd 2025 I ordered a floral arrangement from flowershopping.com to be delivered to my daughter on the 9th. They were never delivered. When I emailed for a refund or proof of delivery I was met with nothing but oh the florist said they were delivered. I called and they gave me the same runaround and said they would investigate it. The next day I called again and was met by a woman instead of a man answering to the name of ***** who got her supervisor after a lot of arguing. She put her supervisor **** who was obviously the same woman and I got the same runaround about not knowing the florist just a shop codes. When it was obvious that I was not going to get anything I told her she had two days to either refund my money or provide me with a visual confirmation and the florists name. I am currently looking for ways to not only recoup my money but warn anybody of this scam

      On 7/3, I ordered flowers for a funeral service that was taking place on 7/9. To be safe, I scheduled the delivery of the flowers for Saturday, 7/5. On my way to the funeral, at 9:30 am on 7/9, I was notified that there was a "problem" with my order and that they could not fill it. I asked why I wasn't notified on 7/5, and they had no answer for me. I don't think they had any intention of filling the order. The person on the phone said that everyone who works for the business works as call center employees so they are all in different locations and that there is no one to speak to in terms of getting a refund or filing a complaint.

      I placed an order on 6/17/25 for same day delivery , which on their website states if you place the order before 3 PM, it will be delivered the same day. Well that did not happen! I received a email stating that my delivery was rescheduled for the following day which was 6/18/25. Long story short they NEVER delivered anything! I spent $95 on flowers and balloons to surprise someone special, and this company just basically stole my money! There were special instructions on there as well for them to leave the items with the leasing office if the recipient was not home, they did not follow those orders. I called the leasing office and they said they didnt receive anything from anyone. I have been back-and-forth with this company on emails and phone calls about this issue and they have not provided me with any help! I have proof! I even asked them to send me proof of delivery and they never did. I spoken to several different agents about getting my money back. They are giving me the run around!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I want my money back NOW!

      I ordered birthday flowers this morning for same day, paid a rush fee for prior to 1pm est. attachment 1. the sight advertises same day delivery or I would not have placed the order. attachment 2, shows they wait until AFTER the delivery time to say they cannot delivery today. I have called ************ and they will not transfer me to a manager to get a resolution for this, just say email. I have emailed with no return and getting bounce back emails from ********************************************** the company did a bait and switch on me, saying they would do a same day then not able to delivery or offer another product that could be sent today. this is unacceptable to charge for same day and rush fees wait until after time to say cannot delivery.

      I order flowers for my anniversary from this business and for my special day and never received the order,I called customer service after four hours waiting they said we will deliver them and call you and send you email as well that never happened. I email them and left them three messages they never responded and completely screwed my day, sit my language but I still mad and I will tell everyone to never ever buy from this business.       I ordered flowers for $79.08 on Monday the 18th around 4:30 in the afternoon. $25 just for delivery and taxes so I expect a quick delivery. After 2 days I noticed there was no delivery so I called them twice they said they didn't have access to the status of my order and when I called back again it routed me to another number that only takes orders but they took my money. So it's now day five and no one has contacted me yet even though they said they would. Got a bad feeling so I had to cancel my credit card so they wouldn't have my information which caused more work for me. They tried to make good by sending me an email asking me how I wanted to proceed and I said I want my money back. Haven't heard back from them yet It's terrible how a company can prey on people. Shut them down!!

      I place a flower order 3 days ago with **************************** as this is where it directed for a local florist who would deliver to an employee/friend who just lost her sister. Said same day delivery great I placed order. There has been no delivery now 3 days later and Ive called multiple times and emailed and not one response to any of my concerns they are not helpful they say they can only put in a ticket to escalate the issue and have yet to have any update at all. Online still shows pending. This is terrible service and super unprofessional. Now my friend is going to be leaving town after today for a few days for the funeral and wont receive. Makes us look thoughtless her not getting anything from us during this extremely difficult time. Also just called again to find out they cancelled my order as they couldnt fulfill and yet got no notice, doesnt show it online and no one told me the other 2xs Ive called. Horrible service.

      On 05/07/25, I placed order ********. Flowers for Mothers Day totaling $67.61 with delivery fee. On 05/10/25, flowershopping.com emailed me stating they were unable to fill the order despite charging my card. Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but when I asked when my refund and provided proof the charge went through, I was told it was just an authorization and they never charged my card. Radio silence ever since.
