      I was falsely accused of *** on META/ instagram which is horrendous! I had my account for 15 years !!!! 15 years worth of memories and messages and conversations with loved ones who are no longer alive taken away from without due process. There AI moderator is ruining peoples lives. This has brought me so much depression!!!! It's thousands of us going through the same thing.

      April 2025, I deactivated my Instagram for personal privacy and mental health reasons. May 19th, 2025, I found out my account had been permanently deleted due to some arbitrary violation. No warning, no explanation, and no opportunity to appeal.I did not violate any community guidelines. Instagrams ***************** offers no real assistance or way to recover my data. Ive since discovered many others experiencing the same issue. Some even being falsely accused of serious violations like impersonation or worse, with no way to dispute it.This kind of automated enforcement with zero customer support is unacceptable. **** must be more transparent and accountable in how it handles user accounts and data.

      ***** customer support fails on helping with accounts. Paying money for a subscription that basically promises customer service but provides no assistance when needed. Multiple tickets opened just to get nothing out of them. No effort in reaching out to their users. This counts as misconduct by technology platforms"

      As of ****** *** and June of this year, there has been many innocent accounts on Instagram/******************** that have been getting falsely banned by ****'s ai that has gotten completely out of control. Average everyday people and businesses are being shut down and what's worse is that they're being falsely accused of ***(child sexual exploitation) which is absolutely disgusting. For proof look at the recent reviews for Instagram, Tiktok, r/Instagram on reddit etc.Everyone except actual news sites and Meta are talking about it. The only people who I can see talking about it a little bit is a Korean site and a smaller journalist but thats it. Another horrible part about it is that nobody at **** is answering these appeals and flat out suspending accounts and there is no support. People have been buying **** Verified just to talk to someone but even that is barely working. This needs to be fixed immediately.

      ***** services including Instagram and Facebook offer promising but shallow safety features that ultimately do little to combat the growing online culture of organized, direct, and overt hate speech and content. I cant scroll for more than 5-10 minutes without being shown shocking or transgressive content or discourse. This makes me leery of the companies that choose to advertise on **** services.

      My Facebook and Instagram accounts were suspended without any clear explanation. I have submitted multiple appeals and tried to contact ***** support through every available channel, including the official appeal forms, social media, and business support, but I have not received any response or clarification. This suspension has caused significant disruption to my personal and professional life, as I rely on these platforms for communication and work.Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this issue, **** has not provided any information about why my accounts were disabled or how I can regain access. The lack of transparency and customer support is deeply frustrating and unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation.I request a thorough review of my account suspension and a clear explanation of the reasons behind this action. I also ask for my accounts to be reinstated promptly, or at least for guidance on the next steps I should take.I hope that by filing this complaint, **** will take my case seriously and provide the support and answers I have been seeking for a long time

      ****'s Ai is purging tens of thousands of users with false claims of TOS violations related to child exoloitation. There is no customer service and only an ai rejecting all appeals. They are deactivating and deleting all linked Meta accounts (FB, IG, Threads, Messenger, Kids Messenger). My 20 year old FaceBook account was deleted with no working mechanism to download data, no way to view activity history, and no recourse for resolution. This is happening to personal and business accounts alike. On top of this, every time I've reported actual TOS violations such as ****, inappropriate content, threats of violence, scams or hacking, Meta has responded that they will not remove that content because "it doesn't violate their TOS".
