To Whom It May Concern,To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved billing dispute with YogaSource One Yoga after repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with the business. On December 27, 2025, I purchased a membership for $179. After raising billing concerns, the business initially indicated a refund could be issued but later stated that the refund would be reduced by deducting two classes that they claimed were unpaid, including a class from December 2, 2025 that had never previously been identified as unpaid at the time the service was provided or when the membership was purchased.I made multiple attempts by email and phone to resolve the issue directly. Because the matter remained unresolved, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. The business has since indicated that a refund would only be processed if the chargeback were cancelled.Requested Resolution:I am requesting: A full refund of the $179 membership charge without improper deductions; and Clarification from the business regarding its billing and refund practices.
