            Placed order, website said same day delivery. no product comes.. call cmpany.. they have order but dont know delivery. told me basically they know nothing They try calling to shipper. Their phone is disconnected. Called them again ...pretty clear scam told me not to contact them again.

            Zero stars!!! I placed an order on 4/9 to be delivered on 4/12. This was for my niece',s birthday, which was 4/15. I wanted her to get the plant early. Well they couldn't deliver on the 12th, or the 13th or the 14th. So on the afternoon of the 15th I get an e-mail telling me they can't deliver on that day either. By this time I was so angry and crying. I had wanted this to be a special surprise for her since it was a special birthday. I told them to cancel the order and the representative was trying to tell me that they could deliver the next day. I was so angry and shouting at them no just give me backy money Then the next day the idiots tried to call me and sent an e-mail for me to re- schedule my delivery. I was able to her her plant with another florist.The people working on the phones are definitely incompetent and lacking in customer service. After reading the other reviews I'm surprised this business is still open.
