    The account rep **** ***** was very direct and to the point. He explained what classes of metals were available for me as an investor I could purchase, explained short term and long term, and how the various metals are divided in weight. In the end **** made sure I understood the process and the amount of time it would possibly take to receive my order. The confirmation rep ***** ******* was helpful in the closing out process making sure that I understood how it would close out, the contact I would receive before receiving my order and making sure to let my acct. rep **** know if my order was damaged in any way. The amount of time that it could take to receive my ******** all a very positive process and interaction.
