  My experience with American Hartford Gold has been quite positive.I was given the info I needed to make decisions, and I was able to ask questions until I was sure I ************** suggestion: deliver numbers at a lower speed, and repeat them to be sure they are properly understood.

  On January 22, 2024, we purchased $100,00 in gold and silver from American Hartford Gold (AHG). On April 16, 2025 I received a breakdown or my portfolio from *** and was quite dismayed that my portfolio was worth only $99,995 which is less than my original $100,000 investment. I fully expected our portfolio to be around $160,000 since the price of gold and silver over 60% since my initial purchase. At the time we received the gold and silver from AHG, I noticed that the price of the gold and silver that we received was below the spot price ($2026 per oz) of gold and silver at that time. This prompted me to send an email on February 16, 2024 to a Senior Director at ************** our concerns that we had not received $100,000 in gold and silver based on the spot price at that time. His response to me was that I was making the same mistake virtual all new precious metals by multiplying the spot price by the oz. These are physical products which are much more nuanced than that. The Senior Director also assured me at the time that the value of the coins that was listed on my original purchase agreement were the true value of the coins were a safe investment and a guaranteed way to make money . I was very skeptical about his explanation at the time, but took him at his word that the coins I received were valued as stated on the agreement. In retrospect, I made huge mistake in taking him at his word and investing in AHG. The gold and silver coins that I initially received have not increased in value and were not worth the value that was stated on the original invoice. In fact, the gold and silver I received from AHG had a value of $54,533 based on the spot prices price per ounce at that time and not the inflated (nuanced) value of coins I received AHG.

  Today I bought precious metals from Hartford gold it was a very nice experience I worked with ***** **** and **** it was my first time and they were very professional they explained everything to me about buying precious metals how I would get my delivery of my precious metals they did a great job I would recommend Hartford gold to anyone like I said it was a very nice experience thank you Hartford Gold

  This is a our first experience investing in precious metals. Our initial contact with ***** was very informative. He patiently answered all our questions and thoroughly explained American Hartford's investing program. Next we were introduced to ***** who discussed our goals and then made recommendations for our initial investment portfolio. He explained the pro's and con's associated with different types and sizes of coins and bars and then put together a recommended initial purchase package which contained a mix of gold/silver coins/bars. Lastly, with each step in our purchase process we were professionally treated and assisted by ****. She professionally facilitated every step in the purchase process and administratively took care of every detail. The team of *****, ***** and **** professionally ensured our first precious metal purchasing experience was excellent. They are a tribute to American Hartford Gold and we look forward to working with them going forward..

  I purchased ***** in gold and silver in 2024...What I received was ***** in coins that were said to be the best value...With Gold and silver at record highs I'm still down 3000 in a year.!! The fees they charge are not explained and novices are left with large losses like me.!! Buyer Beware with Hartford Gold...Don't trust the sales pitch...

  I contacted American Hartford gold this morning, and the service I received from ************** was 5 stars. Mkai asked me what my intentions were with this investment & when I advised him, he made a suggestion & explained why he felt that was best, he answered my concerns & was very helpful in explaining everything to my satisfaction I also spoke to ************* expressed her concern to making sure I understood all of the information. Id highly recommend American Hartford gold, to anyone that was expressing an interest in purchasing precious metals. In fact I would even recommend this company to my mother. Thank you
