    This place is a SCAM!!!!! I placed an order DEc around Dec 14,2022. I ordered two shirts and was told would be here before Christmas it never showed I sent and resolved. Each time I had to wait two weeks or so to hear back same thing and they finally sent email saying order on way then two hours said order been canceled didnt have the product. I was furious told them I wanted my money back they refused kept coming up with excuses. First of January still going on Still excuses they said could give me credit to reorder never showed had to contact them again finally put it on there I was hesitant at first but gave them benefit of the doubt and ordered again in feb have email confirmation saying Id get it at the end of feb. Never received it so I email them again in march of course they came up with more bull c*** answers saying ships and takes time they have no control when gets here and two expect at least two more weeks. Its now going on two months since Ive reordered Im dont I asked for a refund no exceptions that was two weeks ago still no response. These people have 127 of my money and I WANT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY. This company is nothing but liars and a scam. They need shut down immediately!!!!!!when I asked for my money they then proceeded to tell me was under new management and couldnt return my money to me but could get me a credit to reorder. I was furious it never showed so I called again two later they

    I do apologize that there is a slight delay in receiving your order, we're really sorry for this and this is not the service we would like you to experience from us. I understand that can be frustrating, but please don't worry the tracking information should be updated soon. The tracking updates can occasionally be delayed but then it catches up again. The first order was refunded in a form of a gifrt card which you have accepted, A new order was placed based on our records.


    I already contacted our team here to make an urgent follow-up so you can have this as soon as possible. You will be receiving a new update of the tracking details in the next few days. I truly hope for your understanding on this matter


    On a side note, I'd like to set your expectations that there may be a slight delay in receiving your order due to the Covid-19 pandemic or better known as Coronavirus, borders are being locked down, there are fewer planes, more layoffs, and fewer workers. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

    I am rejecting this response because:Ive heard this excuse over and over and over. The fact being is this been going on since December your a scam plain and simple. What seems to be the problem you keep refusing to give a refund back on my card but yet can continue to lead me on. Only way I will settle is a refund back to my bank. You stole 127 of my money plain and simple. To further extend this Ive have read multiple complaints and every single one has been identical to the problem I went through what a consequence huh?? ?? Again only way I agree is a refund PERIOD!!!!

    Ordered a jacket from this company back at the beginning of January. After a few weeks and my credit card being billed I contacted the company regarding status. They said due to Covid things took a little bit longer and that they would put the order in an urgent status. At the end of January I still received no shipping information and asked about the status. They again said they would place in a urgent status. They sent a shipping status with information through DHL. I tried to track and contacted DHL. *** said they had not received the package to ship and I needed to contact the vendor. The vendor said the package had shipped and I needed to contact DHL. DHL continues to tell me the package was never received. In the meantime I was charged a $20 fee by WM (I have since closed out my credit card so they can no longer charge unauthorized fees on my card). I have asked for a refund and they just keep providing me the false shipping information. When getting in touch with them they just say it was shipped and they won't pass me to a manager so I can get resolution.
