In April I ordered a Durango Denim Jacket and paid $119.99 by Credit Card. They cancelled my order early August and told me I would receive a Refund in 5 to 10 Days depending on my Bank processing time. It has been 5 weeks now and still no refund. Banks in today's world do not take 5 to 10 business days to process a transaction. The are instantaneous. We have emailed back and forth 5 times over this issue. I tried calling them 4 times but they refused to transfer my call to finance. They said they would give them the message and I would receive a email. I told them I keep getting their emails with No Refund. Purchased online April 15,2024 from WMStudios.com, the Durango Denim jacket (order #*****). Showed up on credit card as a purchase from Voir Styles.Received an email on April 20, saying order was shipped and a tracking number provided that was bogus. Sent an email on May 16 regarding shipping and received an email that it was with the carrier, though the website indicates for this order that the carrier was awaiting its arrival. Emailed again on May 20 that the issue was neither addressed nor resolved and received an almost identical response, and again on June 12. I have since looked at online fora and read several accounts of people paying for but not receiving items from this online store.Initial Complaint

On Dec 3, 2023 I made an online order (#*****) for a jacket that cost $129.99. I received the jacket in January however it did not fit so I returned it and requested a refund. They did not ***** a refund, but instead *****ed a gift card for $129.99 which I accepted on Jan 29, 2024. I made a new order (#*****) on Feb 3, 2024 that cost $144.98 (using $129.99 from gift card and an additional credit card payment of $14.99). As of June 11, 2024 I have not received this order nor a refund despite many frustrating emails back and forth with the organization (emails are attached to this complaint). They stopped responding to my emails (last message I sent was on May 26, 2024). The week of 6/11/24, I called ***** to request a credit card purchase dispute, however they could not ***** one because of the timeline (ie. initial purchase in December 2023). This experience has been very frustrating, and ultimately WM studios has $149.98 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. Thank youInitial Complaint

I ordered a coat from WM Studio in mid April and its been over 40 days and I still have no tracking information. The company responds to my inquiries with a generic response and no one is available to call. I believe this company is a scam. Basically, I ordered some jeans from them which I never received. They claim my order was on the way on Saturday March 30 by email. Then they said my package is delayed due to events beyond my control. And now they are saying they are out of stock. How are they going to be out of stock if supposed to already sent them??? They said in my email that they can't give me a refund. They offer me merchandise credit, which I don't want. I don't want any merchandise from them but the jeans I ordered. I ordered a jacket over 2 months ago and have not received anything. The tracking number does not provide any information. Had I of looked at your website stars I definitely would not have of ordered ABSOLUTELY nothing from this site. It seems I am not the only person with a problem of being scammed outta 100 bucks.
