    I ordered a jacket in September of 2023. It was lost before it left ***** twice. I was given a gift card to place a second order which also never left *****. I was told in order had been placed personally on my behalf by senior staff at WM. That also turned out to be a lie the package didn't belong to me and I've still yet to receive anything. Don't order from them. Also if anyone could do anything about this that would also be great

    I ordered a sweater from this company back in April 6th, 2024. It is now July 1st and I still havent received the sweater. When I finally got in contact with somebody from this company, they told me that my order had got lost in the mail and when they locate it they would resend it. They also stated that they do not do refunds. I have sent several emails and they always respond that they are working on resolving the issue. All I want is a refund. I dont want the sweater anymore. Doesnt look like I will be getting my $74 back. This website is a total scam and I advise anyone not to order anything from this company. You will not get it or your money back.

    I added one star because I had no choice to, because this company deserves none. I ordered a coat for my son with special needs months ago and still havent received it. It is sad that people take advantage of people this way. Im not sure why their store is still up online with so many complaints. My ****** is to always look at the Better Business Bureau to ensure that a business is legit. That being said, do not order from this company, it is a fraud.

    first time being scammed by an online clothing store. I bought a sweater for my husband back in December 2023 and we are now in June and still have not received my order. They have since stop answering my calls and emails. Big scam do not buy anything if you dont wont to lose your money

    I ordered a coat from WM Studios on January 4, 2024. I never received it. I called and sent emails and got the complete run around. I was told I could get a full refund and according to the online policy I am owed a full refund and I never received that as well. The customer service reps have been extremely rude. I have sent countless emails and made countless call and have been getting the run around for the past 2 months regarding my refund. I want my money back thats is owed to me. They offered me a gift card for another order but why would I want to order from this company again??!! All I want is what my money back from this company. Zero stars DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Zero stars would fit this company best. Theyre fraudsters. You will never receive your product. They will drag you on for months. They also have been known to keep debiting the account you used to make the purchase. So keep an eye on your card transactions and request a new one if possible. Luckily Apple Pay customer support took care of my dispute and credited my account back. Dont ever buy anything from this company

    Order Jacket 12/5/23 as of today 2/17/24 still have not received tracking information do not make sense. Contacted **************** several times the same response its been shipped then have the nerve to ask you to rate them on their services at this point Im unhappy customer I want my purchase or my money back

    I ordered a coat from wm-wear.com 3 months ago I paid 130$ for it.I have not received anything yet.I tried to contact the company no one answers.I know now that I have been scammed.When ever I try to track the product,it says the tracking number is incorrect or not on file..How do I get my money back if I can't get in contact with someone

    Zero stars should be the option but I had to click on one. This company seemed to have good reviews on the website which is why I purchased a jacket for my son for Xmas. I purchased this jacket on Dec 14th and am yet to see the status change from ready to ship. I know that its been only about 3 weeks but the status should at least have changed. After numerous emails since Dec 18th for any status update, I finally received a response yesterday Jan 3rd, apologizing and stating that the item was on the way. I checked right away, same status. Just checked again, 24 hours later, still ready to ship. This is why I am leaving this review. Lets face it, the jacket is not coming and probably doesnt exist. Based off the reviews here (shouldve googled it first), this is definitely a bad purchase decision. Do not purchase anything from here.

    WM Wear or WM Studios which is how they are listed on their website is a scam business. I ordered a black sub zero jacket for my son back in January 2023 and I have yet to receive the jacket. I have corresponded via phone on some toll free, unrelated to the company message board. I've sent countless emails with responses of idiotic excuses as to why my order is still delayed. My last email sent was last month in March explaining that I expect a full refund for the merchandise that I never received and of course that is when the correspondence stopped on their end. The only rating that this smoke mirror of a company deserves is a negative zero !!!
