            I purchased the Hexclad bundle, and realized the product contains forever chemicals. I went through the process to complete the return, and according to *** tracking they received the product on 4/1/2024. The *** tracking is sufficient details to show when the product was dropped off and the date they received it, however they are asking for the *** receipt, which I did not receive to refund the $1499.99 I paid for this toxic cookware. They are simply trying not to process my refund.

            I have bought a 8 pieces set at ******* 8", 10", 12" hybrid pans and a wok. All with covers. All the pans worked pretty well except 10''. Most likely, the 10" pan was not appropriately used by me that caused the food to stick to it in about half a year. After a small misunderstanding with the customer service, my issue was resolved: they sent me a replacement pan and advised on how to clean and re-season the original one. I am very happy with the experience.
