      I bought a 13 piece set 4 years ago from their website. My wife uses them on a daily basis. She loves it that the product reaches the expectation. Non stick as promised and what is most important for us.... Safe for our health. One pan that she used for the past 4 years developed a small issue due to intense usage, something with the coating. I am amazed by the professionalism of the representative that assisted me with my issues in an extremely fast manner. I also love that the HexClad team is so professional. To be honest, I was worried, thinking they will try to find different schemes to avoid using my warranty, but it was one of the most pleasant experience I ever had. Once again, thank you so so much!

      I had one frying pan that had scratches on it . I notified Hexclad by email at like 630 pm eastern time . I received almost an immediate response asking for additional information which I submitted. Within minutes I received an answer that the pan would be replaced . Excellent customer service all around .

      Using these pans (full pan set bundle) and knives for over a year now. Amazing quality, so easy to clean and store. I had an issue with the smallest pan with a small section of non-stick coming off. Under warranty, Hexclad are sending a new pan (I keep the old one too). No questions asked so a cast-iron warranty and good communication. Worth every *****.

      The customer service was INSANELY responsive - I don't think I have ever in my life seen a company respond that fast to a series of emails. They were quick, helpful, thorough, efficient, and ********* (who helped me) was amazing!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

      I have been a strong Hexclad advocate ever since I bought my first set in 2019. Since that time, I have bought sets for my daughter and daughter-in-law, and additional pieces for all of us. This year I bought 4 pizza steels to give as gifts after I used mine and loved it! Hexclad is truly great cookware. I recently noticed small pieces of coating were peeling around the top of my 8-quart stock pot that has been a workhorse in my kitchen since I got it 6 years ago. I contacted customer support to see if the lifetime warranty covered this. Within 5 days, a new pot was being shipped to me. I have never had such amazing and prompt customer service. ******* C and Jerico P were my contacts from the support team. I cant wait to buy my next pieces! I know the cookware is excellent; now I know customer support is amazing as well!

      I have bought several HexClad pieces and I have only had one issue with a small fry pan. The coating seemed to peel or wear. The only reason I gave 4-stars was because it was really hard to find a phone number in which to talk to someone in customer service. I didn't want to use their automated "helper" who asked things I couldn't answer (like the date in which I purchased my items, etc.). Once I actually was able to talk to a live person, the customer service she gave was AWESOME! I showed her a picture of my pan and she got a replacement sent out that day!

      I had an issue with food sticking to my pan so I hesitantly reached out to customer service assuming they either wouldnt respond or would tell me I did something wrong to the pan to cause the issue. But it was the exact opposite. Within a few hours of my first email I not only had a positive response but I already have a replacement on its way. And I was treated respectfully and never made to feel like I was the problem. Thanks ******* *.! I only wish more businesses and people responded this way.
