So I bought a Theragun *** 4th Gen from Best Buy August '22. Received the device via mail and upon opening it neither Lithium ION battery would hold any charge whatsoever. I returned the device to Best Buy and ordered another and had the exact same experience again. I returned the device again and was very upset. Decided not to order another on one through BB and to go to straight through Theragun. I told them about my experience, asked if this was a common problem and if I needed to buy the 5th Gen to get working batteries and they assured me that wasn't the case and gave me a 25% discount on another purchase of 4th Gen *** l, along with a free multi attachment. So.... I never received the multi attachment and the product is STILL DEFECTIVE! Neither battery charges at all! UNBELIEVABLE! If you're thinking about buying the Theragun ***. Save yourself some money and time and buy the Hyperion Hyperice 2. It's costs ($350) literally half of what the Theragun costs ($599$) and I've had one for nearly 4 years with no problem. #THERAGUNSUCKS
