1 starTheragun has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! How do they stay in business? The product itself is great, but I can't use it because I lost the charger and they refuse to sell me another one. I keep getting this automated response: Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to inform you that your device, the ******************** G3, has been discontinued, and unfortunately, we no longer have chargers available for this model. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to provide information and support to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for considering Therabody, and we appreciate your understanding. If you want a massage gun, buy from another company, one that will support you. I run a business and I always support my customers long after they have purchased. *****Review fromGraham F

1 starI am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Therabody.com. I placed an order on June 30th, 2023, spending a significant amount of $3,100. Unfortunately, the nightmare began when I needed to return the items. The return tracking stopped updating on July 4th, 2023, and since then, I have been left in the dark about the status of my return. It is now July 29th, and the situation has not been resolved, leaving me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.Despite my attempts to get in touch with their customer support, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. The lack of communication is astounding, and it seems like they are purposely ignoring my inquiries.A month has passed, and I am yet to receive any indication that they are taking my case seriously. The constant waiting and uncertainty have caused me immense stress and inconvenience. When I made my purchase, I trusted Therabody.com to deliver quality products and provide excellent customer service. However, they have failed on both fronts. Not only have they been unable to deliver a smooth and efficient return process, but they have also shown a complete disregard for their customers' concerns.I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from Therabody.com. I urge potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase from Therabody.com. In conclusion, my experience with Therabody.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication, delayed resolution, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply disappointed. As a consumer, I expect better treatment and service from a company, especially when spending thousands of dollars on their products. I will not be shopping with Therabody.com again, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their purchases.Review fromSong K

1 starI purchased a Theragun on their website several days ago with 2 business day shipping option. It's past the promised shipment arrival, and still haven't received any shipping updates so reached out to customer support only to find out product is out of stock and they're willing to issue a refund. If they were unaware of the stock availability until I chased them for shipping details, I doubt they were ever going to inform customers and refund the money.Review fromJeff B

1 starThey use cheap, faulty batteries that dont charge and cause their products to not work. There are countless stories out there if you look for them. The batteries are either DOA or they last a couple months before failing. Therabody knows about this issue. And instead of spending slightly more money to use quality lithium ion cells, they dispute every single customer complaint, return, and exchange they receive in an effort to cover up the problem and protect their bottom line. Absolutely shameful. Absolutely fraudulent. Terrible company.Review fromMarilyn E

1 starI recently visited the Therabody website to purchase a theragun as a gift. I picked one which was priced at $297. When I added it to my cart and went to check out, the price was listed at $399. I reached out to their customer service and there was clearly a mistake. I included a screenshot as they asked if I could send them a picture. My picture clearly shows I selected the black option and below it, there was a box showing the price is $297. **************** informed me only the white version was $297. Thats fine but there is clearly a glitch in their system bc when I selected the black one, the screen says $297. I am truly disappointed in their lack of professionalism and illegal/false advertising. While they continued to say the discounted price was only for the white one, there was nothing on the webpage to say it was white version only. Please note, I have screenshots to prove all of this.Review fromEli M

1 starI purchased my product in October 2022 as a Christmas present. The receiver received the gift on Christmas and started using it. The $450 ther face product started malfunctioning and wasnt operational at the end of January 2023. For an expensive product to malfunction in a month is unacceptable.I chatted with a representative for replacement on 01/31/2023. I followed the instructions, mailed the item on 02/02/23. The item was delivered on 02/09/23. I followed up a week later and was told they were having systems issue. They finally emailed me on 3/1 and said that the replacement item has been shipped. It is now 3/12/23. Still no replacement!DONT. BUY THESE EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS THEY BREAK EASILY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR.Review fromVishal B

1 starI purchased a Theragun G3PRO in Nov 2019. The device stopped working recently, and I contacted Therabody on 03/07/2023 to inquire about an out-of-warranty repair (Case #********). The company agent basically told me once the 2-year warranty period is over and if the device goes bad, the only option is to purchase a new device which sounds ridiculous especially when one spent $400 to buy it. They do not offer any repair or refurbished devices for replacement services. While the warranty terms are clearly listed nowhere on the site do they state that devices are not repairable. This sounds awful when a customer has to buy a new device and spend 400$ more and cannot get the device repaired. If I had known this prior to purchase I would never have bought one. I might look to get Hypervice instead the next time and stay away from THERAGUN devices.Review fromMark H

1 starDO NOT EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ORDER FROM THERAGUN! I placed a $550 dollar order for a theraface + accessories on 11/18/22. on 11/20/22 I received an email saying my order was 'on the way'. That was the first lie. They simply printed a *** tracking sheet and never actually did anything at all with it. I kindly gave them two weeks to get the product to *** and the didn't. So I called customer support. I talked to a nice lady on 12/8/22 and she said she would figure out what was going on and call me back within 24 hours. that was the second lie. on 12/12/22 I contacted customer support via web chat and talked to *****. I explained how this was a christmas present and I was getting worried and she was super nice and told me she'd get it figured out and get back to me(***** hours again). She also told me that it will absolutely arrive by xmas(lie 3). 3 days later I got an email saying she was working on it and to give ***** hours. then I got an email saying the needed my phone number(which they have) to move forward, still, absolutely no explanation. so, 12/19/22 I contact customer support one last time. They tell me there's no way it's arriving by christmas so I ask for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund because there's an active claim open. I tell them I didn't open this claim and to close it and give me my money back and they refuse. So I ask to talk to a manger and they refuse. So I tell them that this is theft and if they refuse to give me my money back I'm opening a claim with my credit card(which I just finished)... This has taken hours of my life away that I can't get back and It's been over a month with no information. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY.Review fromJoni F

1 starI ordered a Theragun Elite directly from Therabody as a Christmas gift. There was no damage to the shipping box when I received it, however, the product box inside had a huge ***** in it. I did not open the box, left the shrink wrap on, and took photos. I did not want to take a chance that the product inside was damaged. I contacted Theragun via email, told them what happened, provided photos of the damage, and asked them to exchange it for an undamaged product. Their response (days later) was that the box must have been damaged during shipping because all of their products are sent in a brand new box, and even if it wasn't damaged during shipping, the warranty doesn't cover the box, only the product. WHAT? I'm supposed to give someone an expensive gift in a damaged box and just hope the product inside works?! I decided to request a refund using their refund process on their website. It went through, and I was able to print a return shipping label, and it's on its way back to Therabody. However, like someone else has commented, I did not receive a confirmation email. I don't have much hope that Theragun will honor the return, but thankfully I purchased it through PayPal and will open a case with them. I wish I had read the BBB reviews before I decided to buy with Therabody!
