      Can I leave a review with zero stars? Because this is what Theragun deserves. I purchased a Theragun device which is now out of warranty. While I fully acknowledge that the device may be out of warranty, I have used it fewer than 20 times. It has been extremely well cared for, yet it has stopped working properly.I reached out to Therabody customer service and provided the serial number and a video of the issue. Their response? Since I no longer have the original receipt, they refused to offer any support no troubleshooting, no discount, no paid repair, not even a goodwill gesture. I was told repeatedly that theres nothing we can do and to buy a refurbished model at my own cost.I understand that products have warranty windows, but this is not just about policy its about standing by your product and providing basic customer care. When a device fails after minimal use, especially one marketed as high-end, there should be some avenue of support.Reading through the BBB reviews, its clear Im not the only one who has had this experience. Its extremely disappointing to see such a consistent lack of accountability from a company that charges premium ********* filing this complaint hoping that someone at Therabody takes this seriously and is willing to make this right for me and for other customers who expected more.

      I purcased the Theragun Elite in 8/2022 for $350. In 4/2025 the theragun abruptly stopped charging. I reached out to the company regarding this issue and their response was basically too bad, so sad.. buy a new one. Their warrant is for 1 year but it appears that there is no customer service support after this time period regarding their product.

      I purchased the Theragun Pro Plus in November 2023, expecting premium durability. Just over a year later, the device developed a noise change and started emitting gold metallic flakes. Therabody refused to assist since it was only three months out of warranty, leaving me with an expensive but faulty product. Buyers should be aware that durability may not match the price, and customer service is unwilling to help past the warranty period. Disappointed, as I expected better support for a high-end recovery device.

      This is a company that sells products with a knowable limited battery life with a non replacement battery available. The whole product is unusable once the battery dies. Company will not honor replacement.

      Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a Theragun during Black Friday for my husband for Christmas. Although we loved it, it stopped working after about 4 uses. There is no way to communicate with customer service except email and chat, so no phone number for them to hide behind a screen. They honored the warranty obviously, however, asked that we send it back then wait 3-4 WEEKS for a replacement to be sent to verify. I sent in a video of it not working as requested, what more do you need. What a joke. I asked to be refunded instead and they would not provide a discount code to match Black Friday. The customer service ***** and the way they inconvenience you for their faulty product is unbelievable. If you truly believe in your product, stand by that. If you continue to run your company like this good luck being in business 5-10 years from now. I will be looking out for my refund to purchase from a different company. Terrible experience and disappointment around Christmas.

      Theragun Pro **** 5 purchased 10/22, had charging stand replaced 9/23, gun battery dead 12/24. Not a single option to replace the $600 devices removable battery available. Electronic waste, expensive paperweight, source of frustration and programmed obsolescence at 2 year ***** Would not recommend the company to anyone. **************** advised me to buy a refurbished gun with a 1 yr warranty for $419. I am not going to give them my business. For a top rated massage gun, there should be warning label that it is 2 years from the garbage can. Not offering battery sales for the removable battery of a top selling usable gun is fraud.1/4/24 Email Thank you for contacting Therabody.       The bad company you keep. Therabody has zero product support and has an excuse for why they just cant help. Bought the recovery knee and while on vacation left the removable battery plugged into the wall. They say they dont sell the removable battery and Id have to purchase a new unit. And that the ********* location is a 3rd party store that is outside of there brand. The stores title in the mall is lit up saying Therabody. Its my opinion that if you do business buying products from there and support there business model they wont support you. Paid $400 for this and its worthless cause these bean counters wont help you. Buy at your own risk I did and got burned.

      Worst customer experience, bought a ******************** plus and these individuals only created a shipping label. 20 days after, no theragun and their customer service is unresponsive! Buyer beware!

      STAY AWAY!!!!DO NOT BUY THERABODY PRODUCTS THERE IS NO WARRANTY AND THE COMPANY HAS NO PLAN TO REMEDY YOUR SITUATION. THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT BATTERIES ARE PARTS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE PURCHASE.

      My wife won a brand new Theragun Pro via an app competition. It was clearly new and unopened. When it arrived one of the two provided batteries where defective. After reaching out to the company and after providing the requested info, they refused the battery replacement request, stating that it not qualify under their 1-year warranty because it was not purchased from them. Regardless of where it was purchased, it should've been covered especially if it was new. These companies play these games and hope they don't have to hear about their mess afterward. Here's another one-star review that they can have a "lovely rest of the day" with for their response below: Thank you for sending the information requested. I took a moment to look into your order, xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx and was able to confirm that unfortunately it was purchased through an Unauthorized Retailer. Kindly note, per our companys warranty policy, we are able to provide replacments only for orders placed directly through Therabody.com or Authorized Retailers, due to your order is from an unauthorized retailer this time we wont be able to assist you with a replacement. I kindly suggest you to contatc the retailer to request further information on their replacement process. I hope this has added some clarity to you and please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience it may cause you at the moment.
