    Around 10/1/2004 I noticed my auto accident case from 7/24/21 was published online on **************************. Most disturbing was that trellis distorted my name, showed all my health information, address, employment location, etc. , and 1 or 2 doctors discouraging diagnosis of my medical situation around 2021.However, it didnt show diagnosis of certain other doctors and physical therapists who believe that I could eventually make a full recovery from my physical ********************************* misrepresented me and portrayed me as not having potential.People prayed, I have strong faith, I think I could make full recovery from my injuries and use both my arms, both my legs, to their full potential. Since 2022 I have improved a lot and with the right treatment could continue improving to full recovery eventually.I emailed ************************** around 10/1/24 and asked them to remove their publications of my personal information and other confidential information which I didnt agree to nor authorize. They replied with complicated instructions on how to redact such information. They make it more difficult than it should be.Publishing my and other peoples personal information without consent is unlawful and an invasion of privacy.I want to *** **************************, ****** ***** and those involved in such unethical use and display of personal information.

    I signed up for a 14 day trial on 9/19/24. I canceled on 9/25/24 (see attached email). I checked my Trellis account under subscriptions and it said "Inactive" as of yesterday. But today, all of a sudden my subscription is "Active" and I've been charged $189.95. This is too shady. Full refund!

    I filed a "PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME" NC-100 at the San Bernardino Superior Court with required accompanying forms on September 25, 2024, 09/25/2024, Case Number: CIV SB 2427967.While at the clerk's window, ****** M ******** handed me three forms one of which was a "CERTIFICATE OF ASSIGNMENT" and told me I had to fill them out complete them or I couldn't complete the filing of my "PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME". I wasn't given any option.When I later arrived home that evening I found my confidential Petition For Change Of Name publicly posted on TRELLIS LAW: ******************************************************************************** According to California State Law:"In **********, a court must keep a petitioner's current legal name confidential when they file a name change petition. This means that the petitioner's name cannot be published or posted in any public forum, including online, in hardcopy, or in any other type of public media. In **********, it is illegal to post or distribute someone else's information without their consent, especially if the information is intended to harass or incite a third party. This is known as indirect cyber harassment, which is a misdemeanor under California Penal Code *****. The maximum sentence for a misdemeanor is one year in county jail. California Civil Code, Section 3344, also states that it is illegal to use someone's name, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness without their consent for the purpose of advertising or selling."This is in violation of California Code Of Civil Procedure, Section 1277(b)(3); California Penal Code *****; and possibly California Civil Code, Section 3344. It is prohibited and a violation of California Penal Code law to post my current legal name all over the internet while filing my "Petition for Change of Name" without my consent. I request immediate removal of this posting and any other posted material related to it.

    Trellis law is publishing my info about my children. This poses a safety risk to them and their privacy.

    Had a trial with then and tried to cancel. Got charged. Complained by their email; no phone to reach them. Never received any response from them.?

    I want my court information deleted from their website. It contains information that allows someone to know my location during a court hearing. I have a restraining order for someone and now thanks to the website the person will know exactly where I am on a given date. My safety is compromised.

    I have repeatedly requested my personal information be redacted from their page. They have ignored my requests and failed to comply. They report resolution and contact within 48 hours but this has not been completed.

    I subscribed for 14 day free trial and canceled the subscription the same day. Trellis charged me although the trial was canceled. I would like a full refund. The date of the trial was September 7th 2024. I canceled on Sept 7th 2024. My account was charged on September 23.
