    I signed up for a free trial on November 13, 2024. On that date, my credit card was charged $129.95. I immediately contacted the company and told him I wanted to cancel and I wanted a refund of the $129.95 charge. I did not receive any response and then on the November 20, 2024, I was charged $600. I want a full refund. I never used this service and canceled after I was billed for a free trial. The total amount which should be refunded is $729.95.

    They placed my court case on their website and on ****** searches. I asked them to remove this private information off their webpage and off ******. They did not represent me. This was a private ludicrous corrupt law case on July 2021. It's been close to 5 yrs now. It's ruining my reputation and causing other issues. .

    I previously back in July subscribed to this service but canceled and did receive a refund then fast forward to December 5th I see a charge on my card for *****! Why was I charged? I do not have a current subscription with you. This company has no way of speaking to anyone. I have left two messages with no return call. I am going to file a formal complaint if I did not get a refund AND speak to someone. My card was used IILLEGALLY and I will pursue whatever means possible if this is not addressed and resolved IMMEDIATELY. I want to know WHY my card was charged and I want to know WHY you think it is ok to do this. I have no tracking number or order number because there isn't one!

    ************************ posted a forclosure lis penden posted on my home. However, 6 months later it was still showing as an active foreclosure on their website which was months after the suit was dropped and the case dismissed. In fact the mortgage was paid off in full. They never bothered to update their information and I was forced to sign up for their service just to request an update to the case so I can request a removal. Bad business.. Shame on them!!!

I have tried to see if I can redact my information from ************************** website but I have been unsuccessful. Please help me redact my information from ************************** website.     Trellis Law is broadcasting my Physical Address and my bodily physical description. In **************, physical addresses and any other descriptor are not allowed. I am requested that Trellis Law, removes and redacts private, PROTECTED information from their report before I take further court action against them. They have published my entire full address as a New York State citizen and have also released my physical description of my body. All of these items are protected under NY state rights.     I have made repeated requests to cancel my account to ************************. However, despite having used their contact form as well as attempting to use the customer service line where no one ever answers, the company continues to charge me. Hopefully, this will be resolved shortly with a refund. Otherwise, I will be forced to initiate a fraud claim with my bank.
