    Hello,I requested to have my personal records/information removed from Trellis.law site due to escalated privacy and safety concerns. I received a response back on Jan 7, 2024 that my request had been reviewed and approved. Pursuant to your request, the redacted information will no longer be publicly visible within the specified url. As of today it has not been redacted from the site.

    ************************************************************************************************ Trellis has gained access to court documents that they dont have the right to publish on their website and be able to sell the information to make a profit. The information the site publishes all documents in the case including address and credit card information this information is available to anyone that will buy it. This is unlawful and predatory behavior. I am asking to please ask this company to remove my information from ******* I have contacted the company and follow steps to have the information redacted but nothing as of yet. I contact ****** and they are no help.

    They placed my court records with a minor child for the world to see. This is illegal and needs to be removed from their website ASAP. My divorce is a private matter with a minor child. They should not be posting my private information and putting myself and my child at risk. Shame on this company. Information for Savouth Uch and *************** need to be removed ASAP

    *********************** CEO of Trellis Law has unlawfully continues to have a case removed from the Trellis Law web site for attorney misconduct reported in ******** for the illegal use of third parties according to 4.4 of the ******** rules of attorney conduct. ****** and Trellis have been notified about this violation and refuses to take this case down. *********************** and Trellis Law have been reported for misconduct in **********. Thank you. Trellis Law misrepresents their product of providing ************* to students and fellow attorneys. Thank you

    In January, 2024 and February, 2024 I contacted Trellis.law regarding my name coming up on the internet due to a court case I filed against a neighbor who was harassing me, where I filed for a restraining order in 2022, 2023 and 2024 . After emails back and forth, I was advised that my name was removed from the ****** search and that they were removing my name from their website so the court documents regarding me would not reflect my name and my name would no longer come up in a search. I checked and found that it had been removed however, what they did was changed the link information so my name is again coming up. They lied. I live in CA and my name is a personal identifier and falls under the **** guidelines as a personal identifier since there is no other ********************* on the entire planet. They knew they were wrong and they misled me to believe that they had deleted my name from their website by showing X's being typed in place of my name, however it is still being input in the "background" of their webpages so that it can be pulled up when my name is entered in an internet search on the search engines. They are selling my personal and private information that is provided to the court which also reflects my address, phone number, ethnicity, race, a map of my geo location, the embarassing and harassing incidents with a neighbor. Yet they are refusing to remove my name from internet searches. I have been polite and begged and told them that the harassment gets worse and it is most likely due to the fact that the neighbor who I filed against is seeing his name on the internet and is most likely retaliating and making my life a living h*** Yet they only want to make money off my suffering and refuse to remove my name from internet searches and their website.

    I was absolutely shocked when I saw my trial case come up as the first item when you ****** my name. This information I realize is public however, most people dont take the time to do the research to find out information on people, but this website is putting it out there for all to see within seconds. This has impacted my life and will continue to do so in a negative way if it is not removed. That being said, after researching how to remove my information from this website, it states that I have to go through the courts to get this document sealed, I dont know what this entails nor do I have the time to do this then they say on their website that you can have your name redacted by filling out a form. I went to go fill out a form to have my name redacted only do you have to put in my credit card information in order to sign up for their website And they offer a 14 day free trial. So after reluctantly, entering my personal credit card information onto this website and then choosing the option, click here to start your free trial. The site froze. I didnt get any confirmation email nothing it just froze. So what I did was on a new tab, I opened up the website thinking they have my information I created username and password as they required, and from their homepage, I went to go login, which is how it is typically done on websites when you open an account however theres no login option and theres nothing on there explaining how to do this. As far as Im concerned, this is a crime, and they need to be stopped , Im sure Im not the only one that this is having a major negative affect on my life and this is unacceptable. Its cruel life is hard enough and this makes it even extremely harder. Please help me thank you. I forgot after 14 days I will be charged the monthly fee for the option I picked which I cannot see because the website is frozen but I think its something like $30 which I better not be charge after 14 days because I cant even access my free trial, nor can I close out of the frozen website. Thank you again.

    I was billed TWO times for $99 each for an account I do not even hold with this website. I emailed them two separate times regarding an account holder using my card information and never heard back. i had to change my card so it could stop being used due to this, but still got charged for the trial being over from my old card that I no longer have? I do not want to be charged anymore for a website or a plan that I never initiated. In both my emails I even mentioned the persons email and name being used since they tried using my card one other time on Amazon so they could take care of this, but nothing has been resolved. This website is a complete scam
