      Not a repairman he is the newest member of our family! Extremely kind, knowledgeable and caring person. We are grateful for him not only fixing the issue but taking time to educate us on how to properly care and prevent issues in the future. Words are not enough to express how amazing he is!!!       Service is so bad, it’s nonexistent. Tech came to house on Tuesday, diagnosed problem, ordered necessary part, charged me for diagnostic service + 15% deposit on part. Made follow-up appt for Friday, arrival between 8 and 10 AM. Night before, receive text: arrival between 10 A and 12 noon. He’s a no-call, no-show. 12:51, company in SF calls to ask ME whether or not their tech arrived or called me. San Fran caller doesn’t know anything. San Fran calls back 1 hour later, says part didn’t arrive, need to reschedule. I told San Fran I am loosing an entire day’s pay every time I have to take off work for their tech. He schedules me for 9 AM Saturday. Tech is no-call, no-show. San Fran doesn’t open until 12 noon my time. I call San Fran. They want to reschedule to Monday. I tell them I cannot afford to keep missing work, and I need to have my 15% deposit refunded. I’m told they will only refund my $$ IF they can use the same part on another project. I explained that I have set aside 3 mornings in 5 days, and missed 2 days’ pay, and they’ve treated me horribly with the no-call, no-shows x 2, and they need to make it right. I cannot sacrifice another day’s pay for them. San Fran hung up on me, and won’t answer when I call back. I wish I could give zero stars for this review. All they’ve done is waste my time and steal my $$$.

      ****** was excellent! He was very helpful, he explained why my dryer wasnt working, he was prompt and polite, and he was great at answering all of my questions. I felt really positive about the service call, and definitely trust him and recommend him to friends and family.

      Tech was on time and very professional. He assessed the problem quickly and gave us a quote in minutes. The quote was more than we wanted to pay as we could get new one for couple hundred dollars more. But if we should have another job that might could use your services, we certainly would give you a call, and we would ask for the same tech ******* Thank you Arddis green
