5 starsThe service man arrived within the timeframe which is always good and I dont know what all was wrong with my refrigerator but he worked steadily and precisely it seemed like and we told him we would ask for him again. We also got the home coverage from him mostly do to the work that he did. He was very good very friendly very courteous.Puls Technologies, Inc.

1 starAbsolutely horrible! My refrigerator went out. Went to their website and made an appointment for a window between ****am. Nobody showed up. I called. They rescheduled me to the next day. So basically, 48 hours of my time waiting on no one.Puls Technologies, Inc.
