5 starsVery friendly and honest. He said that our dryer was so old that the parts were hard to get. Its a cheap part normally but because its an old model its harder to get and we would just be better off buying a new machine than paying him to fix it.

5 starsThe **** technician *** was very professional and very knowledgeable about the repair needed on the wash machine. **** has a great technician!!The one down side is that it takes forever to get them to answer the phone when calling about a scheduled appointment. Very frustrating when you wait 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone then when it gets answered you are put on HOLD for another 10 minutes.Once again, I cannot complement the technician and the job he did enough!**************Puls Technologies, Inc.
