      I got an appointment within 6 hours of when I got on the website. *** was friendly, professional, and ethical. He is coming back tomorrow (on a Saturday!) to finish repairs without charging me extra.

      over priced. sadly I got taken I checked other companies for a price comparison and you are 20-25% higher. I feel vulnerable living along and try and trust people not a good experience with this company

Our technicians do not base the repair cost on the time they spent working on the appliance, the pricing is determined by which part is needed to be replaced. We always provide customers with repair quotes after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price. We never pressure the customer into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted.       I have never had in all my life the worst customer experience to the point that they stopped speaking and told me you are basically out of luck. We made an appointment on their website for someone to come out and fix our fridge, the man came out said his name and he was WITH ****. He came in took my freezer apart said it was the Thermostat that needed to be changed and that it would be $400 dollars and he could do it that day. He went to his truck came back with tools and then he put in the new thermostat, he then said OK CASH APP me the $400 and i will send you a receipt. As we have never used **** before we thought this was normal, he sent us a copy of the receipt. The next day our fridge was still making the loud noise so we messaged him, and he said he would come out Monday he never did. We messaged him again on Tuesday night he said he would come out on Wednesday he never did. So, at this time, we realized we may have gotten scammed. We called **** and told them the story, the guy on the phone was super nice and very helpful he said he will escalate the matter and I will get a call from a manager. A few hours later the Manager called me back and basically said sorry since the receipt doesn't have **** on it we can't do nothing about it, continued to say that the repair man has gone off the platform and they don't know where he is... Told me to dispute this with my bank and CASH APP and said we should CALL THE REPAIR MAN AND ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK... By the end of the call the manager told me that he isnt an employee of **** but a I am completely dumbfounded at this point i have never had such a rude and non-***************** with a company who doesn't care about their customers. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER USE ****! The lack of customer care is just sad! I hope this is warning to all of you who are considering using them.... DONT!
