      I use the service to replace my fridge. They sent a technician out and he recommended that I replace a part on the fridge, but if I use Freon Im guaranteed to get about six months to a year if longer before having to replace it, I communicated to the technician that this is your specialty, not mine, so I trust him. Well, I didnt even get one second. They sent the tech out again, Same guy! He didnt plug the fridge up to even see if it was working on my guaranteed appointment. The supervisor ****, told me today thats just words. It doesnt stand and refuses to give me a refund, although I have a three-month warranty guarantee, that they will fix any issues or anything that comes up. I also asked them why would I pay them $312 to fix something if I had known it didnt work for one day I wouldve just paid the $89 for the service fee. The supervisor then informed me it didnt matter if you signed the paper and I informed him you guaranteed my fridge would be fixed and I'm still waiting. I do not recommend this company. They are not fair. They dont listen to their customers and no one suggests Sending a tech out for the third time to make sure that he couldnt try to fix the problem again, although I have a 90-day warranty.

      Service guy was really nice but the price is almost $600 to fix an agitator. I can buy a washer for that.

Our technicians do not base the repair cost on the time they spent working on the appliance, the pricing is determined by which part is needed to be replaced. We always provide customers with repair quotes after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price. We never pressure the customer into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted. Nonetheless, it is our pleasure to service you and fix your Washer.

      Hired the company to fix the side panel on the door which was loose. Nothing complicated to be done electrically or otherwise. A disaster ensued. The door does not close now, even after they put a new "cam" on the frig. which I did not need prior to their coming on the job. Now the door does not close unless you push on it and that does not bode well for the refrigerator or the electric bill. I have pictures for anyone to see, if you would like I can text them to you. Unbelievable unless you can see the damage.

Checking on our record, our support team has responded to your email when you reached out to us on October 31, 2023, however, we haven't heard anything from you since then. Your appointment with us dated 10/24/2023, was a service call appointment and **************'s report state that "the side panel holding the door was all glue which was done by another Service provider before him, messing all around the door trim"
