1 starAbsolutely DO NOT use this company. There is NO WAY to contact them. I used them to repair a refrigerator which I paid $500 for. The guy showed up the same day repaired it and I paid. Two weeks later I had the same problem which is SUPPOSED to be covered under warranty. There is no way to contact them on the warranty. When I finally do find a way to reach someone they transfer me to a line that rang for several minutes and eventually just disconnected. I called again and eventually got someone to answer the phone only to have to wait 2 days for service. DO NOT fall for this it's a SCAM.Horrible service, when I saw the warranty option it looks good but it is very unclear how it works and with my experience from just one repair they are going to take your money and it will be impossible to get service after you paid them. I wouldn't get a warranty or service through this company.Puls Technologies, Inc.
