      We had a great experience with Famil he was professional , courteous, and very informative in his delivery of customer education with regard to the appliance. He reiterated the 90 day warranty, which was appreciated. He gave us his business card in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Expeditious and skilled service.

      I used their service in *****, ** and it was a complete SCAM.The tech (****) came on time. He was polite and friendly.It took him few minutes to find the issue on my dryer and managed to make me sign the job order on his phone very quick. Result.. I paid $266 to replace a thermostat k*** that is $7.99 on Amazon. When I showed it to ****, he just said that the company is marking up the price. On their website they tell people that the customer will be charged a $89 service call fee (correct) and they also say that if you choose not to give them the job, this is all what you will pay for a complete diagnostic. In the reality, the tech never give ypu that choice. **** was even not clear about the exact issue before making me sign the job order.. Just said the service call fee will be waive as he will fix the problem. Then you realize that he is just getting a plastic k*** in his car, replace it in less than one minute and ask you to pay the crazy price. Will NEVER call this company anymore for any of my properties. Total scam...

      If the repair has not resolved the issue, please fill out the 90-day guarantee form that we sent you through your email so we can investigate further.

      **** showed up hours (not days) after an unsuccessful TV mount thru another service. He not only installed my mount but helped me ( a senior) mount the 65 in TV and made sure it was properly moving in all positions. This was on July 4 so thanks for a great job on a holiday!

      I found the service online after a quick ****** search. After entering my information, I quickly had an appointment within just a few hours. The technicians arrived, moved. Everything that needed to be moved, performed the work perfectly, then moved everything back. Back. Both of the technicians were friendly and I would use this service again.
