1 starA technician came to check a nearly new fridge and give a wrong diagnostic. He was pushing to add gas when was not needed. Seems they don't want to fix your problem, just to bill more if they can. Because what he said did not make any sense to me, I called a second *********** I still have to pay for "the visit". The company does not offer a phone number to be contacted. They want to avoid the burden of unsatisfied customers.Puls Technologies, Inc.
